Not the quality I was expecting
I was excited for this purchase because I received a really good deal on it and it's what I've been looking for. However, once it arrived, I was surprised at how small it was in person. After assembling only 2 screws, I lost grip of the table and the frame separated from the wood; shredding it. I could have been assembling it wrong, but that just showed me the quality of the table, and I wouldn't trust having it in a home full of all boys. I bought the console table to match it, and I didn't bother opening it due to it being the same brand/quality. I'll be returning both items tomorrow.

Saunders, by far, makes the best quality "assemble-yourself" furniture there is. The step-by-step directions are perfect, the pieces clearly marked, and, for the price, the quality of materials is fantastic. You cannot go wrong with Saunders!!!

This coffee table is great! I love the color and the simplicity of it. It was also very easy to put together. It feels solid and like it will hold up well. My only wish is that it was a bit bigger. It feels a lot smaller than I expected, but that's just a personal opinion :)
perfect small coffee table
Incredibly easy to assemble, and while yes, the wood is particle board, its decently dense, giving the wood a nice weight to it, versus for example the lack table line from ikea which dents so easily. I'm not sure what the issue is with some of the reviewers stating its much smaller than it looks online - the measurements are right there in the specifications. If you're looking for an inexpensive but nicer looking coffee table to fit a small space, this is a great choice. As a note - we just got this, BUT I have had the matching console table for several years at this point, and its held up extremely well.
