The handles for this basting spoons were very sharp to cut around the edges...and very uncomfortable... Returning to Walmart for full refund

Spoon perfect for job
This spoon was just as advertised, it was exactly what was needed to "dig" the very stiff cookie dough from a bowl. The heavy-duty stainless steel that the spoon is made of does not bend easily and is perfect for this purpose.

A good metal spoon for the price
I've used this basting spoon several times with no real problems. It performs well, especially for the price. Just be aware that the handle does give slightly, so take care with heavy mixtures such as potato salad.

Basting spoon
I was willing to give SS utensils a try and see if they are worth it. I use the Rubbermaid mixing bowls and thereby will be using this one with it. Actually I'm not sure of where I will use it. I also have the spatula in this style and maybe the two of them will go good together. It's a big spoon and measures 13.25 inches long. The handle part of it not all together smooth and might become jagged if not used correctly. The triangle shaped hook opening isn't very big. My reference is to that of being hooked with one of the push pins.
