I purchased a runner rug for my cold large kitchen island. The colors are very vibrant the design is classy and matching with my fleur de lis decor. There were pulls and snags in the weaving, and it heavily sheds. It’s been over 2 months and the shedding doesn’t stop. I can see clumps of carpet hair all over and have to vacuum every 3 days. I kept it because it’s is super warm in my very busy but very cold tiled kitchen and the size is perfectly spans the whole kitchen island 8ft.

This item does not match the description. The main color is brown, not black. The accent colors have a yellow base. The actual rug barely resembles the photo of the rug. It is very difficult to return a large, room-sized rug. The return process at Wayfair has been a JOKE! Extremely long wait times just to be told one thing that doesn't happen and when you call back (and wait forever), the next person says something different.

These rugs are beautiful! I ordered one 8' round rug for under my kitchen table and two more for my newly remodeled kitchen. There is a slight color variation in the creme area, but this possibility was noted in the description. It is not noticeable. The rugs have a nice size pile. They do not move around on the hardwood floor even though I do not have rug pads under them. They look very high-end. Highly recommend!

An excellent value. It is a high quality rug that would be a good price at double the money. 100% wool loop pile. Only listing drawback is there is some color variation from the picture. The "yellow" is definitely tan. The yellow is made up of several shades. The light green is a accurate description although not a dark as it looked in the pictures. The green is more of a solid and there are 3 shades used in various parts of the design.

Elegant, superb quality and unsurpassable value for money, I am so happy, I looked around at different companies and came back to overstock as I purchased from them a few years back and found they stock quality products, I have never been disappointed, this time was no exception. The colour is quite accurate as dipicted (as I was hoping) if anything, the gold is not a bright gold, and am very happy with this. The wool is hooked and soft underfoot. It is in my formal lounge I loved it so much I bought another one in this same range. I have included a couple of pics

The Safavieh rugs are very good quality. I own several of them. I actually bought this one as a gift for my cat!! Because she LOVES to scratch my expensive wool rug, and she was ruining it. So I bought this one on sale at Overstock. She immediately started scratching it, and is a very happy cat. So far, it has worked and she is leaving my more expensive wool rug alone.

Quality control....FAILED

I originally ordered 2 of these. 1 was perfect, the other had MAJOR defects. There were about 10 areas on the rug where it was missing patches of the loops so you could see right thru to the lining. I exchanged that for another and can you believe the replacement was also a defect, just not as bad as the returned one. In addition to some loops missing, one corner of the rug was definitely not at a 90 degree angle and in one area of the scroll the color was all messed up. Don't know how this rug or the returned rug ever passed quality control.
