Beautiful burgundy floral rug

The picture doesn't reflect how beautiful it is. I love the burgundy background. It is also very plush and feels amazing.

I absolutely love this gem of a carpet. It’s made extreme well for the money. It looks like a very expensive rug. It goes beautifully in my small dining room in my condo. I have cream colored tufted chairs, and a glass table. It pulled everything together. Everyone should have this carpet, as it would work anywhere in your home. I love love love it!!Thank you Houzz!

Good value

The rest of my living room furnishings are very conservative and subdued, so I wanted something to "pop". When I saw this rug, it reminded me of one of my grandmothers and the type of rugs she had in her house in the 50's. The selling point that tipped the sale was that the rug is wool. I am aware that the new acrylics, especially the ones from Italy are much better than synthetic rugs used to be, but wool is still my favorite material for rugs. . . . . If you are thinking of this, I should point out that the colors are actually brighter than they look in the photo. Also the background is less green and more of a federal blue. This rug is obviously not to everyones taste and I am rather surprised that I bought it myself. . . . . That said it goes a long way to brightening up a dull space and at least on my floor, didn't even need anti-skid padding. . . . . Update: Having lived with this rug for a while, I still like it a lot. I have received a lot of compliments about its appearance. HOWEVER, and it is kind of a big however, the wool in the rug is a very soft yarn and since this is a hooked rug and not a knotted rug the wool pills. Or more accurately I have to vacuum big fuzz balls up on a regular basis. I plan on keeping the carpet, though eventually if I can find another rug in the same palette that has an equally impactful design I will retire this carpet regardless of how much I like it.

Color too muted for my taste ...

This rug was delivered quickly and arrived in excellent shape. I was a disappointed in the rug's colors, though. It appears to be more muted than what's shown in the product photo online. I thought the colors would be more saturated, with a more golden look. The rug really has more beige overtones. Not what I expected. After seeing this rug, I changed plans on where to place it and found another spot for it in my home, where I think it'll work just fine. (It won't be as visible.)
