Great armoire and easy to build

Sturdier than some reviews state. As long as you follow directions, which are very straightforward, you will have no issues. My assumption is that others may have failed to lock certain bolt or locking mechanisms and that's where the issues are happening. One of the armoires' doors were perfect, the other I had to tinker around with, but ended up getting them both even and level. Highly recommend month for cost and quality. Packaging and delivery were also great!

Difficult to assemble

Product too difficult to assemble. Took almost all day.

Nice well built but...

Twist lock fasteners weren't the greatest. They were difficult to fit the dowel ends in the hole. Also several scratches and a few spots where you can see they tried to touch it up.

Exactly what I wanted

Wished I could have got it in a walnut finish. Great price but assembly was a little tuff.

Very good product

Wardrobe in office for extra clothes. It took about 4 hours to assemble with great instructions. Only issue is the glides for the door do not work properly. The armoire is very solid and sturdy.

Would be great if the bar fit

I noticed early on the hanging bar was going to be a problem, being too short. I finished the build, tried to reinforce the rod and well it failed. I'll have to go buy a bigger bar that fits. This should not be a step after my 4 hours of building this alone.

Damaged

Shame that the drawer was broken in 3 places. The rail is also too short so will have to buy something which fits. The furniture was solid, but the damage was disappointing. This was not a cheap purchase.

Solid Armoire

I ordered 2 armoires and the dresser for our camp bedroom since there are no closets. One armoire arrived with 2 damaged pieces which I believe happened during shipping. The customer service was great, no more than a 5 minute wait for a representative and they had both pieces shipped right away without any hassle. The replacement pieces arrives in perfect condition with spray foam in the packaging to keep them secure. Both armoires went together fairly easily, I'm a 49 y/o female and put both together myself. They're solid pieces, not wobbly. There's plenty of room for hanging clothes as well as folded clothes on the shelf. The large bottom drawer holds multiple pair of jeans/pants. These are by no means heirloom pieces of furniture but they are good quality. I'd give 5 stars if the color was more accurate as advertised. The color is not as vibrant brown as depicted, more of a flat, dull brown. I'm also replacing the closet rods since they just seem a bit short.

Overall, the product is decently constructed and looks good.

The product was delivered by truck. I never received a call or text for delivery and the truck driver left the item on a pallet one foot off the road on the side of the driveway. Someone was home and spoke to the driver as he was walking away and he turned around briefly and walked back to his truck and departed. There was light rain starting and no one home at the time was able to move the item.

Looks great but a headache to assemble

Faster clip screws are very cheap, instructions indicate its a 1 person job but you need 2 people as it's heavy and the cheap material screws were not enough to lift. Regret purchasing

I would buy this product again

I am really pleased with this armoire. Of course, its not showroom furniture, but for the price, I think its great. My husband and I are both 76 years old and had no problem at all assembling it. The instructions were very clear. I did have one question and called customer service. The person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful and answered my question right away. I was concerned about hanging the doors because of some of the reviews I had read, but we had no trouble at all. Im most impressed with how easily the drawer slides in and out. We are so pleased with this that weve ordered the bureau to go with it.
