Excellent cabinet.

I'm very impressed with the quality for this file cabinet. Drawers move smoothly fully loaded with files. The wheels hold tight when open3the drawers. Came packaged very well so there wasn't any damage, only needed a small assembly of the wheels and handles.

This looks great in my home office, doesn’t take up much room, yet holds twice the files that my old filing cabinet did. Score!

This is a beautiful file cabinet with a warm wooden finish. My only issue is with the construction: it has a tendency to tip over if the upper drawer is opened completely so I have to remember to always open the bottom drawer.

It is a nice little file cabinet. It had a few crackles on the top back edge from shipping. It does not show as placed beside the desk.

Solidly built. Looks nice. Lots of utility. Assembly is easy (basically just screw in wheels if you want them).

It's beautiful, it is virtually fully assembled (definitely do NOT pay for assembly on this one! all you have to do are the handles and the casters), it has super easy (tool free!) file-hanging hardware for both drawers, and letter-sized files can be hung front to back or side to side (I love the latter so I can get to everything while seated at my desk). I'm going to have to find some sort of caster-stoppers because on our slippery wood floors the whole cabinet slides around when I open the drawers even with the casters locked, but for now that's easily solved by bracing the cabinet while I pull open a drawer. I'm very, very happy with it!

I received the first one I received was damaged in shipping…. Wayfare immediately shipped a new one it was packed the way it should have been… The filing cabinet is fabulous. Thank you Wayfare for being so prompt easy peasy to deal with. I will continue to order from this company…

Exactly what I was looking for. Looks solid and locks both drawers. It was delivered very promptly, well packaged, fully assembled minus the casters which I did not need. would definitively recommend.

Great pre-assembled office furniture

I am very happy with this Lorell Essentials Cherry Pedestal, which I am using with a 66"x30" cherry desk. The unit comes preassembled and well packed. The drawer sliders are high quality and slide well. The lock mechanism works well. The drawer holds letter files across its width and comes with a rail so it can hold legal files lengthwise. When attached to the desk there is a 3 inch gap to the back of the desk for running wires behind it out the hole in the top of the desk. I love the cherry color. I think it is much nicer that the mahogany, which to me is very dark and drap and makes it look like common office furniture.

These are really nice filing cabinets, I bought 3 for my office and I'm so pleased with them I'm getting ready to buy 3 more.

You do have some assembly

I narrowed my searches to assemble and it brought this item up. You do have to put wheels on bottom with screws that are hard to put in. Very heavy item.
