Clover Queen Size Murphy Bed Cabinet with Storage

This is a very well-made murphy bed. It was easy to assemble and is very easy to pull out for use and to put back when done. It is attractive and smartly designed. I would high recommend this! DJM

Overall a good purchase

The cupboard is a beautiful piece of furniture and transforms to a bed easily. The mattress is firm, but not a full 6". We will need to get a mattress toper for adult sleeping comfort.

This bed is in a beautiful cabinet. But the memory foam mattress is not at all adequate. It is extremely hard. I had to get a separate topper, but of course that won't fit inside the cabinet. I have to store that somewhere else. That defeats the purpose of the hide-a-bed. If I were doing it again, I would just get a blow-up mattress for guests and store it where I now have to keep the topper. It would have saved a lot of money and been just as comfortable and fit under my bed where the topper is! And I wouldn't have the giant cabinet in the room the rest of the time. Delivery was a pain. The company would not deliver on the weekends, and only about 1 time a week. They expected me to be home all day to receive it. The day we arranged, they did not deliver it. So that was a wasted day off work for me and I had made sure someone was there to help me. The day it arrived I had no help and it is in a huge box attached to a pallet. There is absolutely no way that one person can get it into the house. Assembly is a two person job. I had to pay someone to help me. You cannot put this together alone. So, all in all, I am sorry I purchased this bed. It was a lot of money, a lot of hassle, and it does not do the job it was intended to do. Returning it is out of the question, I can't disassemble it, and shipping would be very expensive. Very disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed is.

Nice to have an extra bed

This cabinet is easy to use. Taking the bed out and putting it back in is simple enough. It is a large, heavy piece of furniture. It was not packaged carefully and did have a “crush” injury from warehouse. Unfortunately it is on the side of the cabinet where you can see it. Futonland did work with me on a solution although I would have much preferred to have not had the hassle and an undamaged piece.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to add an extra sleeping space and minimize space. I found this exact product at a local furniture store and saw the high quality first hand. But it was $* more in the store. Product was very easy to put Together and only took my husband and I scout 30 mins. You will not be disappointed. I bought the cherry cabinet and it matches the fireplace perfectly.

Long time for delivery but worth the wait.

Recieved my Clover Queen Size Murphy Bed Cabinet yesterday October 15, '21. Unfortunately I had originally ordered it April 30, '21. Due to the darn Covid-19, overseas shipping came to almost complete stop. The wait was really long, but it is long for everyone not just me.

We have been wanting to remodel our guest room for quite sometime now, but couldn’t decide what ideas to move forward with. We went into this project knowing we still needed the guest room as an exercise room the majority of the year. We did not want a full or queen bed in there full time. We have guests about 3-4 times a year for a about a week at a time and the air mattress wasn’t cutting it any more.We highly recommend this Murphy bed!! This is by far a top quality “furniture” unit. Delivery was on-time and even arrived earlier than we expected. I ordered this unit on the 9th, it shipped on the 13th and arrived on the 20th! Beverlee was incredibly responsive by email and texts and we couldn’t be happier.Important/please note: The unit is very heavy. It is shipped on a pallet and will be placed on your driveway or sidewalk. You may want to request inside delivery or some other service to get the unit inside your home to the room of choice, ESPECIALLY if you have stairs. You definitely need two very strong people if you don’t have it brought inside by the shipping company or service. Also, you will need two people to lift the pieces and put the cabinet together once in the room. Assembly was straightforward.Quality unit! Quality construction!! Quality wood!!!! Quality mattress!!!!We highly recommend this unit and can’t wait for our guests coming in June to try it out!

Nice piece of furniture

Great piece of furniture. Had a little problem with delivery. Brought bed but didn't bring mattress. Had to call delivery company and inquire where mattress was. They delivered the mattress the following day.Very heavy piece of furniture. If I was alone, I would not been able to assemble it by myself. Took both husband and I to lift and remove from packaging.Finally had a house guest and used this for the first time. They said it wasn't bad, just that mattress is very firm. Will buy a mattress topper to have for next time someone comes to stay.Very easy to open and close and set up for when you want to use.All in all I would recommend this item.

Really cool!

I turned my adult son’s room into a space for me since he moved out a few years ago. It’s been an available guest room but I no longer wanted a dedicated bedroom, I wanted a space for me that could be used as a guest room when needed. This fit the bill perfectly! I love it, it’s a solid piece of furniture with a decent mattress. Love the usb & outlet plugs, the color is beautiful & it easily converts from cabinet to bed & back again. Pillows fit into the bottom drawer & I don’t need to removed the lamp on top because there is plenty of space for it even when the bed is open. I paid for white glove delivery & set up. The 2 guys who came were wonderful! Careful of the surroundings, professional & capable, completely worth it! I’m considering a second, so much easier than a Murphy wall bed because it doesn’t need to be bolted to the wall which allows you to reconfigure the room if you decide to.

Amazing space-saver!

We needed to merge our guest bedroom and office and could no longer fit a queen sized bed for our frequent guests and still work comfortably. We considered a regular murphy bed, but didn't like that it had to be bolted into a wall. Then we found this cabinet bed! It's ingenious! The cabinet is a well made, solid piece of furniture. It's taller than most credenzas, but I suppose it has to be to fit a bed. Once moved into place, it's very easy for one person to open, set up and close on their own. We've had two guests so far who said it was very comfortable. We especially liked that half of the side wall and top folds down with the bed so the person sleeping doesn't feel as if their head is still inside the cabinet. The memory foam mattress did have some off-gassing, so we had to leave it open for a few days to vent. But it now seems to be fine. We paid for installation, mostly because it had to be carried upstairs, and the team was extremely careful with both the cabinet and our existing space. If you're looking for a comfortable part-time guest bed, I would highly recommend this!
