Downsizing made easy

Having moved from a nine room home into senior citizen land, storage was very important to me.

Decent but so close to being a great value had they made a couple of better functional design choices

It's ok for the money. Can't expect hi end but would have liked a bit more attention to detail/quality. Drawers are small. Think they could have made them wider and longer for not a large increase to cost. Depth of each drawer is ok. Also they sag when filled with clothes, which results in the drawer faces being obviously tilted in giving a cheaper look than the furniture should deserve. Lastly the two "drawers" on the head board are nearly useless. They pull open only about 2-2.5" and anyone with avg to large hands will find it nearly impossible to fit their hand into the drawers. No idea why they didn't simply go with a glade drawer front with a hinge or two along the bottom edge so they could each easily open downward for complete access to the space. I'm contemplating cutting the drawer faces off and putting them on hinges and boxing in the interior space the drawers take up so you can use each space as it should have been designed by the factory. I get saving money to keep price points low but this Rossi collection went too far in my opinion. They could have taken just a little more careful thought on a couple of extra design details which would have given them a 4-5 star rating with me.

I had been looking for a Queen bookcase headboard for the past few years and could never find in the color Cherry. When I found this item on Wayfair this year, I was pleasantly surprised and excited that I finally found my headboard. I have antique cherry furniture in my bedroom and I needed a headboard to match as close as possible. This headboard did not disappoint. The color was perfect and the it looks wonderful, plus it offers drawer storage which is awesome. I especially love the hinged top on the headboard, for extra storage of smaller items, with easy access. I am so pleased with this purchase; I waited a long time. The price was excellent as well. I love the look of the bed. It is perfect in this bedroom. The problem is, it smells! I have been noticing a chemical smell coming from it. Tonight I woke up at midnight and it is now 345 and I can’t get back to sleep because it smells so bad. No matter how perfect the bed looks, the bad smell ruins everything. I can’t handle this.

Great for Storage and Comfort

This was everything I was looking for in a bed! There's plenty of storage and I've been sleeping great since it came in. It's perfect for having a decent amount of sleeping room while still being able to store all my belongings.
