I am a contractor, the top was predrilled 4.5 " not 4". There needs to be adjustable leg leveler on the front legs.

My only complaint is I wish it had precut holes in the bottom for the pipes. Other than that I absolutely love it. It's solid and beautifully made.

Vanity top has issues. Poor quality material used for vanity top. Like the look; but not vanity top. Still, Ivwould but again and change the vanity top.
