Workmanship sub-par

I'm impressed with the quality of the materials, but the workmanship is sub-par. Of the 4 stools I received, all of the seats are crooked, some being a half bubble off from level. The backs were all crooked and bent to different angles, I had to use a vice to bend 3 of them to a decent sitting position. If it hadn't been an online order to a store an hour away I would have returned them. Love the look but sorely disappointed.

These bar stools are poor quality. The backs are screwed to the stool and the metal is weak and two of the four have broken. The other two the backs are bent. The locking mechanism for the height is no good. It doesn’t stay in that position.

Very pleased so far with my counter stools!

Very fast delivery! This is a good, solid built stool and looks like it will work perfect as a counter stool that I ordered. Solid seat and back, in the swivel itself its a little wobbly but I think that is normal with these kind of stools. Looks really good and just like the picture, actually better than the picture.

Flimsy & dinky small back!

At first sight, it looks great. The stool itself is very sturdy, but the back is dinky small & flimsy. When you lean back it feels like its going to break. The stool is NOT wood & color is weird.

Poor quality

Poor Quality and flimsy as heck. I weight 130 lbs and I’m afraid it won’t even hold my weight.

OK, but wouldn't purchase again

We purchased these for the breakfast bar in our kitchen. The backs are not as tall as they seem in the picture. They look nice, but the quality isn't the best. They aren't the most stable and one of the backs pulled away from the chair (the screw stripped out of the wood) after minimal use. I would not purchase these again.

Cute Stool

The stool is cute but a little hard sitting, but my husband and I are older. It was very easy to put together. It is handy for breakfast and snacks.

Poor quality

These stools look terrific but they are very poorly made. I was expecting products made in the USA but was disappointed to learn that they had been made in India. There was virtually no weld on them and within two days two of them had broken and I was compelled to pay for repairs in order to use them. The other two will also break but we haven't used them yet. Three of the stools I ordered arrived within 3 days but the other took several emails and three more weeks to arrive. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using this company again. A serious financial burn!
