two of the chairs were defective and got 2 different ones after sev3eral weeks-these were both rejects from someplace else and I am waiting for 2 good ones due in several weeks. they tell me this is last time or will refund--that is my opinion also!@ paid top dollar for good quality and expect that-I am not that fussy-structural and noise problems were severe!

I rate this table at 5 stars and the chairs at 4.9 Stars. Love this table and chair set. Beautiful wood grain finishes with a protective laminated tabletop and the padded chairs we chose add style and great comfort. This table was purchased to replace a table we had for over 30 years but wanted to downsize. With the removable leaf we can expand the table and still have plenty of space within our dining room area. I would have rated 5 stars for the chairs but one of the chair legs was a smidge shorter than the others resulting in a little wobbling but our Rep - Shawn, at the Maple Grove store, took awesome care of us and placed an order for the replacement chair and we actually ended up adding two more chairs to make a total of six to complete our new dining room set. We are very happy with this purchase and our store representative - Shawn. He went above and beyond to show us various options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from the moment we entered the store and throughout every step of our purchase, ordering & delivery process. His excellent service made our decisions easy and our experience very pleasant. As a result, we purchased additional furniture for our dining room and our living room. Jefferson Slat Back Side Chairs

The quality of the construction was more than satisfactory. I chose to assemble the chairs myself because woodworking is my hobby. What I learned during the assembly process was the gluing and screwing portion needed extended clamps for proper fit and drying.I did add 1 1/2" Teflon gliders to the legs because of my carpeting. I am very happy I chose to assemble myself and save $100.00.

I am surprised at the condition of the chair part were as the boxes they can in were a total mess, ends broken open bottom of one box big open spot, the packing material broken. But the chairs were OK. They need some stronger boxes and better materials for packing.

The table is two tone like as if they did not put the finishing coat on one half of the table . The one chair broke because of a poor design.

Great chairs but some assembly required

I really wanted to pick up a set of chairs from the store but the sales person was less than helpful and didn't want to show me anything. After wandering around the store and finding a few chairs I liked I asked if any were in stock and was told they really didn't have anything available and they would have to order them. I left and went home, found these online and ordered them. They required assembly (basically a do it yourself chair kit) but they are very solid and comfortable. I recommend the chairs but the shopping experience was dismal. 5 stars for the chairs one for the experience...average 3 stars
