The items delivered were damaged. I was told a refund will be issued and have yet to receive it. I have been in contact with a representative via text message and I have been told different things.

Made a great shelf for son's computer. It was perfect size for his gamer.

Wrong product, poorly packaged

I was trying to match two other Rubbermaid Chestnut Oak shelfs that are no longer carried by my local Lowe's. I ordered this online and what I got was poorly packaged, dented and a different brand/color.

I bought this to make a shelf. It was easy to install and the color matched my existing decor. Left only 3 stars for delivery because I picked it up myself.

Product is slightly damaged. Both boxes that were delivered were beaten up and partially opened. Not bad enough to return, but disappointing.

Great Shelving for every room in the house. We have used in Kitchen, Bedroom and Den. Really looks good .

The bracket the shelf sits on is not welded properly which makes the shelf not sit properly. It teeters on the bracket. Also, there is not a way to screw the shelf to the bracket, so the shelf slides side to side easily. I like the way it looks though.

This is probably the greatest shelf ever created. I stand in awe of its flatness and its ability to keep stuff from crashing onto the floor. This shelf has changed my life. I know I existed before I purchased the shelf, but I realize now that it was a pitiful and empty life. I am truly a better person after purchasing this shelf.

Incompetent Shipping

Items were taped together and shipped unpackaged. As a result the boards were chipped and scratched, completely ruined.
