Although the process took longer than expected; it was worth the wait to get everything active and approved. Our sales man, James was super informative, we truly appreciated his services. Upon delivery, the 3 gentlemen were very fast, cleaned up as they worked and did not leave no rubbish behind. We love our new bedroom set that we have invented in, it looks very lovely and so happy that we made that choice of purchase.

Dresser

The dresser was delivered on a Sunday and I called 12 hours later on a Monday. The dresser leg was broken and glued back on. I did sign for it because the men brought it in my home by carrying it and setting it in my living room as my bedroom wall was occupied by previous dresser. When we moved it is when the leg popped off. You can tell it was glued on and just left. I called conns and they told me they would email me and for me to send pictures. They never did. There's no point in me calling back as the lady that sold me me the furniture at conns warned me about the policy. I just didn't think anything shady like this would happen as I bought my previous bedroom set from them and it lasted me years. The drawer also is broken and does not open and close correctly. Horrible decision to buy this set. I'll never accept anything from conns again without looking through every piece correctly! Horrible policy and very shady for them to do this.

The unit is very well-built. Solid quality work. Has a rugged yet refined stylish look. A plus is that the drawers are very roomy. Lots of depth.
