frozen fruit bars

i use to love outshine frozen peach fruit bars this time when I receive them i was extremely disappointed to find that they do not taste the same in fact they are yucky! taste like canned peach that has been processed straight from the can with all that heavy syrup to mock peach flavor I was not happy ! since I spent my money on them I wasn't going to waste them i could barely finish the rest ..I will Never! purchase these again no real flavor be warned before you buy!!

Random spots

I purchase roughly one package a month. Seems to be a lot of random dark spots and I had one package that looked like someone had taken a bite out of the plate, all through the plates. I thought it was a mouse. But mice do not leave exactly the same perfect teeth marks. This was through the whole package, every ten plates or so. I'm questioning, what is happening with these crazy plates.

Plate-tastic!

These plates are wonderful. They make the world a better place. Holding onto food is a dream all the while freeing up your hands to grab another helping of grandma’s casserole.

The GOAT disposable plate!

Yes, you pay a bit more for these, but for certain events, the price is well-worth it for the value. I buy these when my large family gets together for our Southern barbecues. These plates can handle it all: the delicious and often saucy meats, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, etc… In other words, all the foods that you wouldn’t dare trust in a different disposable plate do great on this one. For this reason, I will keep buying- because our BBQing is not stopping anytime soon!

Big sturdy platter for a real meal

I use the smaller flimsier 8- 1/2" plates for most of my meals because they aren't a substantial amount of food or they are just to put under frozen microwaved dinners. These platters however, I use for full meals, larger items, and when I cook myself breakfast. I hate doing dishes, and my house is circa 1970s, so no dishwasher currently, making paper platters, paper plates, plastic utensils and plastic cups are the wsy to go. I know, I know, but there is recycling, so I feel okay about it.

Not their usual size

The manufacturer had these down-sized some. They MAY be ok for some people, but others may be annoyed with the smaller size, since food falls off, sometimes %26 some people tend to notice the change isn't quite so helpful %26 may end up using / wasting yet another plate. When prepping food, etc., this may throw off placement plans. I haven't tried the generic / other brands similar to Chinet's thicker, basic, oval platters, yet.

Soaked through

I always buy these plates for big family dinners/holidays. I used the oval ones for thanksgiving and they were great! I used these round ones for Christmas and was a fail! Soaked through from the middle out and was left holding the rims of the plates. Who thinks to take photos? Anyway I would not recommend or use these again.

Best plates ever

I was having a moving party. Just got the keys to my double wide and decided to have some friends over. Everyone loves these plates. Said stuff like dang these are some nice as plates. They are real sturdy too I can three or four dinners off each one. Just go light on the water. I def recommend em. Just don’t use em for just any ole occasion or your friends will start to think your upity.

WHEN DID THEY REMOVE THE BLEED-THRU COATING???????

We buy the 165 Count pack at COSTCO, and it lasts us almost a year. My Wife is the paper plate user here, so I was unaware of the missing liquid-catching coating these plates always had. I see several plates stacked up, under a slice of pizza, and asked why? She lifts up the plates, and I see the pizza oils drenched thru the bottoms of THREE plates. I asked how long has that been happening? And she replied "With this NEW pack" Chinet plates are now USELESS to us, and we've already found a plate that doesn't need FOUR layers to keep from destroying your clothes, or tablecloths. Too bad we still have a 7" stack of this trash to use up. But needing 3-4 with each meal, I guess we'll be done with these NON-FUNCTIONING garbage soon enough.

Embarrassing

I bought these for a casual dinner party with 23 people. I have always relied on chinet for their nice neutral white strong paper plates. But to my horror, I opened the package and found what looked like a bunch of dirty plates! It looked like the dirt was ground into them! Some even looked warped- like they had been damp and dried again. I think maybe its the recycling process that they apparently use to make them now! In a panic I struggled to find a few plates out of the 40 pack suitable to use! I gave very questionable ones to my immediate family, and saved the few "sort of good ones" for guests. I returned the rest to the store a few days later! I will never buy this brand again since they went so far downhill!!

Worse plates around. Ruined our Thanksgiving dinne

I bought a package of 50 with the 3 compartments and food leaked through the plates. Even when doubled up trying to survive our Thanksgiving dinner of 2022.

[Rewarded Review] Strong & eco friendly!

I have always used disposable plates, bowls etc especially in the summer or when we just have small (not holiday) get togethers' because, lets be honest, it's just a much faster/easier clean up! I have used various brands & can say chinet has proven to be the best! Last night, we had a small dinner get together with the three of us in my apt & four neighbors. We ordered: pizza, wings, fries & bread sticks. There was also dips for the different foods. So I decided to try the chinet serving platters. These, I can say I have never noticed or heard of, but they're great for holding a larger amount of food or for party servings! These platters are made from 100% recycled materials & they're compostable so they're super environmentally friendly! I love that about them. They are very sturdy, then don't bend/break as easily as other brands of disposable products. Plus these hold plenty of food. None of the grease, sauce or dips leaked though which was great! Our guests commented how well they were made & that they were surprised to see nothing leaked or was dropped. Thanks Chinet for making our random dinner get together a success!
