Love the design - will warm up any room

I don't think I ever returned a SAFAVIEH product. If you are like me and think the cushions are a very light hue of pink - it is not - its a very light beige (something with the photo that just gave that pink hue) - I am still keeping it, because it is still beautiful in the beige and white frame. I love the look and it will warm up the room very nicely. If you want this design of a chair in a high quality, you'll just have to cough up *** or more. Quality is fine for the price, I have no concern putting it in the living room where it will be used (though I will have it as an accent chair that does not get the abuse of a sofa or a recliner) - Its not a chair for a 250 lb person, but even though I am using it in a vacation rental. If I get 3 years of it holding up, I would have gotten my money's worth and more. Nice quality fabric and it is a good size chair (not like some that look like they belong in a kids room). Arrived quick and no damage. Photos to follow soon.

Adorable chair with comfortable cushions. Questions easily detached so that I can slip cover them. Great quality for the price.

I purchased two of these accent chairs, and upon receipt of delivery I was very disappointed on the quality of the rattan frame, very flimsy, and on arms the rattan is coming apart. They are not very sturdy and I am afraid they will not last long in a living room. I would like to know how I an get my money back!! This is my first time ordering online for a major purchase but will never order again. Very Sad.
