A Chef and Fisherman's Best Friend. Top notch.

This is an amazing product and we use it very often to wrap fresh tuna and or other fish we catch during our fishing tournaments and fishing trips both in New England in the summer and in Florida, Louisiana and the Bahamas in the winter. It is very well made and it ensures we maintain the perfect quality, color and texture of a fresh catch and it is critical to keep the fish fresh. The towels are perfect for fresh yellowfin or bluefin tuna and or a delicious snapper, mahi and or grouper we are so grateful to have the opportunity to serve and eat. We use it to both wrap fresh fish and then also to dry and then wrap and freeze fish.

These are great towels for draining fried items! Pair them with sizzle pans for a quick and easy way to cook and drain foie gras!!

These are awesome. They do a great job at cleaning up messes. They are nice for theatres or dining halls or something larger scale like that.
