Great quality and style but a bunky board should have been recommended or provided free as a no charge requirement for these type of beds.

Disappointing

I bought this and there's a lot of missing parts they only gave me the headboard and woods and when I ask for other parts they want more money!!

Great buy easy to assemble

Bought this yesterday and looks fantastic. Sturdy and stunning. Assembly was quick and easy. Very happy. I had the traditional box springs and mattress and they fit good. The frame is a little wide but the comforter covers the extra room.

This handsome bed frame is sturdy and well made, not difficult to assemble. Photos on line were accurate for the color and the description, with a great price point! A very pleased client!

Bad quality. Do not buy. The headboard is so skinny you would need at 15+ inch mattress to close the awkward gap between the headboard and mattress. There is no middle support for the wooden slats that the mattress sits on. The slats would definitely break if I jumped on the mattress. The wood slats are already cracking. The frame lays so low to the floor, but that is a personal preference. I had a Zinus bedframe before and this is far worse quality I should have kept the old one. Make sure to get a bedframe with middle slat support (ideally metal or hardwood) and an adequately sized headboard.

Nice Blue

Using for a spare bedroom and the blue was perfect and the base is nice so I can tuck the spread for a clean look. Now just need a guest!

The bed is very pretty. However, there are no instructions on the box stating all pieces are in the back of the headboard. Please check your headboard before calling. This needs to be fixed. See pictures.

This was so easy to assemble that I actually did it myself. The blue linen color coordinates perfectly with a bedspread I have. The quality seems fine to me but I guess only time will tell.

Customer Journey & Experience Missed

1. the parts to the bed are in the Headboard: Lesson Learned: the box should call that out because I called customer service 5 times and escalated because I could not find the parts. The beds parts are in the headboard...had to unzip it...I did not know...who would know there would be parts to the bed in a zipper on the headboard. Caused much fustration because I kept calling thinking parts are missing and no one knew from customer service.

Cream color was perfectly described and looks just like the picture. It fit perfect with the rest of her decor. Very well made and sturdy. Definitely Recommend!

Bed frame is gorgeous and the color choice was right as expected and complimentary to the room design. Beautiful neutral color. Would have loved if the leg and platform had a stronger and metal support.

Not pleased

Uh, I'm pretty disappointed. Unless you have a really thick mattress there's a gap between the mattress and the headboard. But it also sags, so I think any more weight might break it

Dissappointed!

The upholstery part of this bed is truly beautiful, however, the slates were too short and we had to improvise to make the bed work. It does need a box spring unless your mattress is 14" or higher, otherwise there will be a gap between the mattress and the headboard. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but it was not rocket science.

The color blue is a little darker than pictured. The slates didn't match up, 1 was longer than the rest. My step dad had to cut it down. I bought this one specifically because it said it didn't need a box spring. Well it does unless you want a gap between the mattress and the headboard. I am really upset
