No longer made in England :(

A little disappointing, since I bought these to replace a few in my existing set. No longer made in England, so they don't exactly match the existing set I have. But, that being said, I am happy to have some replacement pieces available.

Love the dishes. Already have service for 6 so wanted to add to it.

Quality counts

Classic look with the ability to be used for casual or formal meals. And the cups don't overheat when used in the microwave to heat a beverage like other ceramic dishes.

off-white (beige) not white-white in color

pretty china pattern and was dishwasher and microwavable, but I wanted white-white and it appeared beige which would not work for me

Great Basic White Dishes

I bought this pattern over the years for my daughter. I thought that these might me able to be used as pasta bowls, but they are a little small for that. They are a very shallow rimmed soup bowl. But they match the rest, so I will be keeping them. As a reminder, these are fine china and they hold up much better than any of the other trendy stone wear that I have purchased for her. They don't chip and look as good as the first day I bought them.

Any Cook Would Like It

I have always liked this pattern, so, when I decided I needed china that could actually go in the microwave instead of the set I bought at a warehouse thirty-five years ago, I decided to go all the way to Wedgewood. The simplicity of the pattern sets off the food you serve to advantage, believe me! What cook doesn't want that advantage?

Beautiful sets

Love the dishes. Beautiful with all types of food. However I found 2 cracks on a salad plate after a very gentle use. Not sure if it is product issue or use but I am very disappointed.
