worst built chair and worst customer service

I bought this chair back in early February and the parts missing on it are ridiculous. First it is missing one of the feet for stabilization, then the remote for the heat is missing, Then the other end of the wire of the heat remote is supposed to be connected to is not connected to anything underneath so the remote would be worthless if I had it. I have been fighting them since I bought it and am getting nowhere. I'm just passed between departments. I can't get all the parts so I'd like to get a replacement but they want me to come up with a box to send it back! There is no box to put it in... Really ridiculous!

I love my chair

The chair is very comfortable and a good help for helping me to stand you. I am very pleased with the chair. If you have problems getting up this is the right chair for you. When i lay all thr way bsck i find myself falling asleep while i am watchjng television. It is very soft. I just love my chair. I am glad i chose this chair.

Great chair for Mom!

This chair is very good looking and comfortable. The material is very soft. My mom will keep her legs elevated now which she couldn't do with her old chair as it was difficult to raise the footrest. Since this one has a remote control a press of the finger does it. The lift feature is also helpful and since it lifts gently and only as far as one needs, it is safe for her to use. She is 94 and very frail but independent (can you say stubborn?).

Well worth the cost and effort.

It arrived on schedule, no damage. All the parts were there. The assembly instructions are a joke, more confusing than helpful. Fortunately is was straightforward. Out of the box, it was tricky to move indoors by myself due to its weight. The controls work just fine. My wife felt the seat is a bit firm. Once all that out of the way, I'm just fine with it.

Chair is like a Cloud!

My family bought the brown color recliner and has had it for a few months now. It is perfect for my mom who is in poor health. It is soft enough for her skin and padded enough to support her comfortably. The reclining feature helps her easily sit down into the chair and stand up out of it. It is robust and reliable. She loves it and uses it every day! Highly recommend!

Great value for the price.

This chair is very comfortable and my husband loves it. He just got out of the hospital and really needed help getting to a standing position. This chair providing that much needed help. He is a big guy and this chair fits him comfortably with just sitting and reclining.

Crooked Chair

We have had this chair less than a year. It was ordered because my husband was about to undergo 3 joint replacements and needed it to help him get up and down from his chair. By the time the first surgery was over and the chair had been used a month, it started to be “crooked”. The right side framework seemed to have sagged and was noticeably unlevel. We had 2 more surgeries ahead of us and could not deal with the chair issue as the lift was still working and doing its job. This chair was not abused and my Husband is an average 240 lb man so weight was not an issue. After paying $400 for the chair I feel it should have held up better. The window for refund passed during the time we could not deal with it. Now we are left with a very “crooked” chair!

Good for the price

I bought this after scouring every big box store on the internet. This met my expectations as far as price and reading other reviews. I bought it for my father visiting during the holidays. He is 250 lbs and a little over 6 ft. He fit in this chair comfortably. I wouldn't say it was luxurious but comfortable enough for a short visit. It's a bit stiff but most new furniture is. His feet fit on the bottom fine but we had to use a pillow for his head as he was a bit too tall for the head rest. But even without the pillow he was comfortable. One of the wheels on the bottom was broken but didn't effect the use. It has a slight wobbly feel when lifting. It raises up VERY high which is a plus!! The color is true gray. The arms are a little small...not super plush. overall for the price, this is a nice chair and I would purchase it again.

Gland I bought it!

My Grandma loves it. Smooth lift and very quiet. Very cushy. I've paid more than twice as much for a recliner that wasn't this nice and it didn't even have the lift! Grandma fell asleep in it in less than 10 minutes.

Great Value - Great Chair

This is my fifth power lift chair purchased for my wife in the past five years. My wife spends literally all day and night in her lift chair, so comfort is critical.

Just got this chair last week. Worked great for 3 days, my husband loved it. After 3 days a LOUD clicking started when reclining up and down. Am sending it back and they are sending me a new replacement. Hope that one is batter.

The chair is semi comfortable

The chair is semi comfortable. They should have made the back a little higher, I find that a pillow works. The first chair was returned because it was making a weird clicking noise when going in the up position. So far less than a week the new one works fine

Great value

Color is more of a slate gray if selecting the gray (not charcoal) easy to set up Comes in one large box but inside 2 pieces that I could lift alone. Nice chenille Soft rich fabric Arm rests slightly softer than I would prefer but for price they are good Battery backup w 2 9 volts batteries (not included)

I've had this recliner 2 months. As other reviewers have stated, the chair is too short. I'm 5'10 and have to sit in it with my legs bent upwards. I've also had the back come unattached once and had it completely fall off once. Other than these issues, it's very comfortable.

It has helped my mother be in control of her getting up and sitting back down more easy and saved my back no longer having to raise the old recliner up for her to get in and out of. If there is one thing I would change would be for it to be just a little bit lower to the floor for a short legged person, like my mother is and as I am also. All in all it has helped us out a lot. Very easy to put together and set up

Dark brown - picture looks like light brown to me.

Picture looks like color is "light" brown sugar but is not - most definitely the color of "dark" brown sugar. Bought for mom who is just under 5' and her heels hang over foot rest when reclined. Do not recommend for a tall person. Lift feature works well. Remote is easy to use.

Only one tiny drawback :)

The chair is easy to assemble, works smoothly and quietly. Legs extend as it lays back, you cannot extend legs with the back upright. Lift function is slow enough to feel secure and lifts to an easy stand height. Size is suitable for someone under 6 feet tall. The seat cushion is very firm, a softer topper is needed in my opinion. However the seat depth is shallow so an extra cushion lifts you up kind of higher than is ideal in relation to the armrests. I am overall happy with the purchase.

My best Christmaspresant ever!

Very comfy. I thought I would have problems with this chair. I didn't. I am short but I found out that if I play with the buttons I can get it much closer to the floor and not feel like I have to jump out of it. It is so comfortable I could sleep in it!!
