Wrong Pieces

I received sectional pieces that don’t connect and look like they belong to two different sofas.

Exactly what I wanted

This piece fits perfectly in my room, it's very comfortable, the customer service team was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns, and the team that delivered it was very professional and fast. I couldn't be happier.

Emilio Taupe 2 piece sectional

We are very pleased with our new furniture. Its firm which we like cuz of the ease to get up from. It is comfortable too. The service was great, we were kept informed from the start of our order to delivery and setup was also great did'nt have to do anything they even tookout the packing material t the trash.

Must have

Exactly what I ordered. All universal. But when delivered it was missing to drill holes. But they sent out a tech in the next few days and was all fixed.

Not happy

Way to small. Not comfortable, stiff and the bottom cushions fall off all the time. Wouldn’t purchase anything else.

The couch and pillow cushions are constantly coming apart because there is no Velcro to hold cushions in place and the couch does not have a hook to keep the pieces together.

Most uncomfortable :(

I bought this couch seeing the cover page of the " Home elegance' catalog. Thinking this would be the most comfortable sleek looking one. I was right in the looks only! Most uncomfortable my family, my visitors and myself as sat on. Literally in 5 minutes, the neck hurts most in any position of the couch as the back cushion sags in too much and head rest too firm. Called customer services after trying to adjust to it but since its a 'comfort' issue its not their problem which I understand. Unfortunately stuck with a $2400/- piece of junk.

I love this Emilio Sectional. It looks exactly like the picture. Was fairly easy to assemble and is one of my favorite online purchases.

I heard about the Emilio Sectional from 1StopBedroom furniture on Facebook I bought one two weeks ago. It matches everything in my room and it well built.
