Almost impossible to assemble

While the set is attractive and fairly sturdy, several of the pieces were missing the pegs that attached pieces together. We were able to fab some pieces to make it work with much effort. Other holes didn’t line up, so assembly was difficult. Very disappointed.

looks nice

i love that the backs are higher than most sets. Also i guess it's the design but it seems scuffed all over which i didn't notice in the stock pics. it looks nice all together, but i am nervous it will not last as long as i want. it wasn't too cheap or too expensive. the quality isn't the best. a few pieces of the wicker/rattan whatever it's called, already came off when taking out the box. it was missing a washer. couple screws did strip too so hopefully that wont be a future problem. i have the cushions i just didnt put them down during picture.

stylish and lightweight!

very nice little set , took some time and patience to assemble, the screws for the coffee table don't fit so I have to reach out to the manufacturer for replacements but all in all its a nice conversation area that seats 4 . Looks great on my patio! cushions are a tangerine orange in color and blend well with the rest of my outdoor decore in the orange family. worth the time to put together - you would pay double in a home store to buy it assembled.

My little area w/ Delano 4-piece Wicker Furniture.

Even though it adds to your backyard, I found using this wicker patio set in an area in my dining room made for a wonderful reading area and where I do my color pencil books. I'm loving the little light from Overstock I purchased as my light for the area. It just seems to all come together. My books aren't out in the elements and I'm able to do them, rain or shine.

I would NOT purchase this product.

I've got to say that this looked much better online! I gave it 2 stars based, primarily on the delivery and how the product arrived as well as the set seemed to be somewhat dry rotted. First of all, the box was, literally, falling apart when it arrived to my house. I saw nuts and bolts on the ground as the delivery person must've dragged the box to my door. In addition, the package (internal) that was holding all of the pieces was torn apart and I had to shake the pieces of furniture to hope that the parts I needed fell out. I can't make this up. At the end, I need an additional 20 nuts and bolts to complete the assembly of this set. While I was putting this together, the material was falling onto my deck so it appeared to have dried up and just fall off. However, the external parts look ok and i'm guessing that the look is supposed to appear "worn". Finally, the pieces were extremely difficult to align during the assembly. Just an allen wrench won't work as it makes the assembly much longer and difficult. I used a small wratchet with the allen or hex head and it made the things that I could assemble much quicker. At this point, I requested the additional parts from overstock and am awaiting them. I've got to say that, overall, I'm somewhat disappointed as I expected better quality as well as a delivery where everything wasn't falling out of the box.

I'm saddened to leave this poor but very honest review. While the furniture is on the small side, it's still cute and functional. Our deck is on the small side and we needed furniture that wouldn't overpower the area. We've had the furniture up for possibly a few weeks now and we couldn't possibly be more disappointed! It rained, we promptly removed the cushions to dry, we were amazed at how much water they held, jokingly said that the cushions water could fill up a fish tank. ;-) Anyway, when they dried, they were terribly stained from the rain, big puddle spots on them. The next rain came, different rain spots, sooo unattractive!!! These cushions are not weather resistant. I have 4 beautiful sunbrella throw pillows out on my deck throughout ALL the elements and they're beautiful, no worries. New replacement cushions cost a fortune and why should I purchase something brand new and have to instantly replace half of the items. I'm willing to bet the positive reviews were straight out of the box.

Good quality for price.

Good quality for the price. Structurally strong (I'm 150 lbs). Husband was a smidge concerned with leaning back (he is 330 lbs). Pieces are light, so you can't lean back energetically. Cushions very cushy. Very comfortable. Putting it together takes a bit, and you can't tighten all screws before they are in. Other reviews are verrryyyy right about that.

It does looks pretty on the patio , like the sleek curves. It is a bit small and the cushions aren't as thick as I had thought they would be. - most of the metric hardware was missing and one of the arms weave was twisted, shouldn't have even passed QC. the set came in one big box and fit like a rubrics cube, in other words there was no way It was going back in that box but the set looks nice otherwise. I just hope it holds up for a few years. Buyer beware

This is a nice set, the chairs and love seat are not over-sized but not small either. The orange cushions are very bright and pretty. The parts did not go together easily and some of the pieces were warped - we got it together though. The other problem is several of the pieces had worn spots where the webbing is broken. These areas are on the bottom of the pieces so I let it go - didn't want to deal with trying to return this stuff. Overall it's fine and a good deal for the price.

Buyer beware. The product DOES NOT have a "durable aluminum/PE Rattan wicker-like frame" as listed in the description. The frame of the sofa, chairs and table are made of steel easily verified with a magnet. I didn't discover this until the entire set was almost together and my bit driver stuck to the frame. In addition, two pieces of the rattan that are stapled to the table base were torn loose. Steel staples into a steel frame? Really? Burned once, but never twice Overstock

Honestly this is the first time I have written a bad review and I am dissapointed in the products packing and delivery. I got my package that looked like it had been tossed around like a rag doll. Box was broken and tattered. Screws,washers,fasteners and directions missing from box as well. I am sitting here looking at patio furniture that I cannot use now. Honestly I feel like this should be returned. There are broken pieces of wicker from the furniture falling out of holes in shipping box. Omg.... Help please

My wife and I absolutely love this set! It looks very expensive while listed at an affordable price. My Dad and I put it all together in about 2 hours. My one complaint is that the bag with all the hardware was ripped (chewed?) open inside the box and the hardware was literally everywhere. It's a minor miracle we were able to find every single hardware piece as we took the furniture pieces out, but we did. There was also an extra of each type which was nice. With that being said, we love this set and find it to be super comfortable, looks nice while not breaking the bank.

the directions your not good to put the set together. The stickers fell off the parts. Couldn't line up holes they were cover with the plastic the chairs were made of. The screws and washers were not in the bag. they were in the chair parts and loose in the box. It took over an hour to put one chair together. I wish i had bought locally all put together. theses items were the worst we ever had to put together.

This took me maybe an hour to put together. I only had issues with 1 bolt and it was the very last one I was trying to put in. This is very comfortable and the cushions bead the water off when they get wet. Great size for the price and fit right where I wanted it to. One major suggestion, when putting together, make sure you do it on something other than cement. I wasn't thinking and I scuffed up a chair pretty bad. The ONLY downfall I saw was, there were about 40 or so pieces of the wrap that is around the steal bars just lose, or had broken off.

I purchased this set for my patio because I have a similar one for my front porch and I love it. However, when I opened the box for this set there was no hardware to assemble the furniture in the bag. The few pieces that were there were just randomly tossed in the box, so I am unable to put it together until all the necessary pieces are sent to me. Very disappointed with how this packaged and shipped out. Also, the directions are worthless. Hopefully the issues with the hardware is resolved ASAP!!

Overall, great quality of the product for the price with the exception of the cushions. They aren't very comfortable and flatten with just a couple of sittings. But, honestly I planned on buying different color cushions later so it wasnt entirely upsetting to me. But is the reason for the 4 star vs 5 star. The chairs and loveseat are a plastic type of material which is great for the weather. Looks nice and easy to maintain.

Having never ordered from here before, I asked about the assembly. I was told "Hold on and let me check" I was informed that I would need to screw on the feet and put on the Cushions. I thought, heck I can do that! Well, not the case. Each piece of furniture had 5 to 6 pieces to it. After unloading the box, all the screws and washers were scattered everywhere. Not in a bag at all. Putting the furniture together was no easy task because all the "pre-drilled" holes were not lined up and we had to align it by making all new holes to screw the pieces together. FINALLY, the set is together so we sit to relax a bit to try to enjoy it. The cushions are so thin, you might as well not have any. (I will be buying all new cushions tomorrow!) Although the furniture is cute and what I wanted, the hassle of assembly and uncomfortable seats are definitely NOT worth it.

I purchased this after reading all the "great" reviews and wish I didn't. I just spend 2 hour with 2 other people trying to put this together. So far the sofa is together. The holes don't line up where they need to. One of the holes on the chair is not the correct size for the screws that are provided. And the quality of the material is not great. It's more of a soft plastic than a whicker. If we had not already spent so much time on this I would have returned this. I may still need to if we are not able to complete the remainder of the assembly. I rather spend double and have it assembled than to ever have to waste my time doing this ever again.

I ordered this without showing it to my husband so I was nervous about him not liking it. It showed up in the middle of a dinner party and our UPS driver asked for some help unloading the box. Of course, by this time everyone was cracking jokes about the box being so big and my husband not even knowing what it was. Well, he put it together this morning and told me how happy he was that I ordered it. It's truly perfect for our patio. We got the grey and it goes wonderfully with our rugs and eating area. We set it up slightly different because we have a firepit - we used the table as a larger table between the two chairs instead of as a coffee table and it looks great! The quality is good and everything feels sturdy. We are quite happy with our little patio set and can't wait for our next guests to enjoy it with us!
