Beautiful garland

This garland is beautiful and full. The snow tipped branches add to the look. It also has berries and pine cones adding a nice touch to this garland. I like that it has lights, however I feel they could have added a few more. It looks very pretty on our railing between our family room and kitchen. ( I added a few flowers ) The only negative thing I can add is that it was packed in a way that we had a very difficult time getting it open all the way. Use caution opening.

Looks Really Lovely on the Railing!

The battery on this lasts forever. It doesn't necessarily look real, but it is pretty close. I love the pinecones and the red berries as additions to the garland. It looks really lovely on my railing and the battery pack was something that was easy to hide, yet make it accessible to turn on and off each night. It does have some sparkle to it as well, which unfortunately gets bumped and some of it falls to the ground. Overall, it looks really lovely lit up on the railing right when you walk in the front door.

Battery operated garland

Garland looks beautiful If you can get it untangled. It says no assembly required however I was only able to get one of the two untangled after I have called customer support 3 different times. When I called the second time they said they had received multiple calls about the same issue.. being really difficult to locate the small camouflage ties that are holding it together. I still haven’t been able to get the second one undone and I have had it for 3 weeks. Got 15% off of $50 garland I can’t use because it won’t untangle. Still don’t know how I got the first one undone.

Poor quality and overpriced

The minute I opened the box I knew this was a mistake. I was met by a cloud of falling glitter, berries berries bouncing across my floor, and fronds dropping. The item is too stiff. Because of packaging, the garland is smashed, however, trying to "fluff" the fronds is almost impossible for fear that more pieces will fall off. This is also NOT a mantle garland. It is obviously designed to be wrapped along a rail. Decorations - cones and berries are on both sides which makes it difficult to lay flat on a mantle.
