I had high hopes for this thing, but sadly it is badly made of cheap plastic like all the others! I expected a bit better for $75! This didn't just leak from the normal connection points, the hose itself was not just leaking, but POURING water, at least a cup every 30 seconds or so. So disappointed! (We are not inexperienced with plumbing either, we plumbed our entire house ourselves!) We'll be purchasing a fully metal unit elsewhere!

did everything the instructions said and it still leaked at the connections, even tried plumbers tape and that didnt stop leak.

Extremely easy to install. My shower is a fiberglass insert with a fake tile embossing. There is a slight curve outward near the top of the enclosure so the vertical rail wouldn't lay flat. I used the extra included double backed adhesive applied between the top two adhesives to get a better contact with the insert. I'm very pleased with design and I love the hand held head. The shower settings are a bonus. The best shower experience I can remember! Very pleased!

Easy to install. Shower head has several spray selections that are nice. Don’t have to reach up high to get the shower handle. So far locking mechanism is holding well

Happily surprised

Despite CA water conservation/pressure parameters, this device is surprisingly more than adequate. When rinsing my hair, I change the spray type and it does the job nicely.

almost perfect

I love everything about this shower head, although it does sputter quite a bit on the regular stream setting which is a little disapointing. I’ll probably exchange it for another one when they come back in stock near me. Hopefully its just a glitch in the one I bought.

Just love this waterpix shower head. You can mount the waterpix anywhere in your shower. It adheres great. You do not need pipe tape. It has a 6ft metal hose. It has powerpulse and work great it massages works much better then my old one. It has 7 settings. Waterpix is by far the best shower head I have ever used and love that I didn't have to drill just use the adhesive strips.

I have an older home from the 50's and recently installed the shower head/wand. The install was easy and I like that I could get the head higher than the standard 6' stubout as I am on the taller side and the old shower head was just too low. Overall I am happy with it and the fact you can pull the want off the wall is a nice feature.

I really love this it gives great water pressure and it has different settings for different water pressures. Which feels really good on the body. It was not that hard to install it was fairly easy. I really am glad I got this recently. I have a shower stahl that is handicapped equipped and the shower head is installed lower than most shower heads. With this new shower head I can now raise and lower the head according to the person's height taking the shower. Absolutely exactly what I was looking for to accommodate visitors. Excellent invention.

The showerhead was very easy to install and it performs well. The system comes with the slide rail that was easy to attach to the shower wall with adhesive tape. The rail itself looks very sleek and gives a modern look to your overall bathroom space . One of the nicest features is probably the adjustable height shower head since it lets everyone who uses the same shower in our family adjust it to their personal preference. It has multiple spray settings making it perfect for every shower need, from rinsing shampoo out of hair to relaxing stiff muscles. Water pressure and flow are pretty good for 1.8 gallons per minute flow rate, but if you prefer higher water pressure consider getting a 2.5 GPM showerhead. Also the handle feels comfortable in your hand and is easy to grip and use when your hands are wet. I could not be more satisfied with this showerhead!
