I love the look of this toilet paper holder. It gives that sophisticated look to my bathroom that I was looking for. However, this design has a major flaw. The toilet paper falls off every single time. It’s just not functional.

this is amazingly great looking, a good weight & a great price. only drawback is that the end of the metal bar that holds the toilet paper roll should be bent a little more as the roll slides off too easily
Sturdy. Looks nice.
Was disappointed. It had some marks on it. Could see where some welding was the ring flops down. Not like in picture. Was checked at customs when it went through xray. The bottom with the weight was cut open to check for illegal stuff. I used to work for Canada post so know a bit about checking parcels from other countries. So yes was not too thrilled. Will not send back because it’s too much bother. It is ok to use. But not overly excited. And the base is painted to look like inlaid mother of pearl. Was too naive thinking that’s what it was. I should have realized considering the price. But because it’s order and not seen in person you get what is ordered. I could only give it a 2 because if the condition I got it. Oh and the box was barely taped after it had been inspected. I was surprised the condition of the box it showed up in.
Looks really nice for the price! Happy with the purchase.
