The pump loses its prime and it is very difficult to re-prime, if at all. I do not recommend this product.
No it was an absolute piece of crap it broke after 10 pumps would never buy that brand again
Doesn't stay primed
JUNK! Pump doesn't hold the primed soap and has to be pumped many times before soap comes out in weak stream. Will be looking for a different brand.
Could’ve been defective
Could’ve just been my luck and got a defect but, it didnt work. And every morning i had to pump like 30 times just to get the soap running again. It was annoying, not trading for another. Buying another brand. I gave it three stars for the looks. It looks nice. Not cheap lookin’, it just didnt work.
This is a nice soap dispenser. It has a long hose so that the tube can be connected directly to a large, refill bottle of soap. It's easy to install and works well. It's the second one I've purchased.

Danco soap dispensers work great. I use the long tube...
Danco soap dispensers work great. I use the long tube to pump soap from a remote reservoir, one gallon soap jug. One thing to note is the long tube comes with a plastic or nylon nipple attached which would seem to fit into the bottom of the soap dispenser: however, despite there being a rubber o-ring in the bottom of the soap dispenser where the nipple/tube fits, the nipple does not produce an air tight seal thus it makes priming the soap pickup impossible and the soap always leaks back down the tube into the reservoir. I own four of these danco soap dispensers, and I determined on the first one that cutting the end of tube off clean where the nipple is installed will allow the tube to fit directly into the bottom of the soap dispenser and create that air tight seal, thus the soap dispenser can be properly primed and will maintain soap in the pickup tube. In the six years that I’ve owned my first danco soap dispenser, I think the soap pickup tube has fallen out of the bottom of the soap dispenser maybe once or twice and only when changing or moving the reservoir, gallon of soap under my kitchen sink. I’ve since bought three more danco soap dispenser and the design is the same now as it was six years ago. It took me a day of messing around with that nipple on the first one I installed to go back and look at what I had done with the first one - it all came flashing back when I found that there was no nipple on that one and I put my razor nice to work to resolve the problem with the second one. The third and fourth danco soap dispensers when in my bathrooms, prepared properly from the start with that nipple deleted. As for the long pick up tube, it is stuff and per the instructions, it can be straightened after letting it soak in hot water, the more time allowed the better. I also have flipped my pickup tubes under my sinks as gravity will straighten them as they hang down from the dispenser.
Works great, just put the tube right!
At first, I put the long tube wrong and the soap was not staying on the line, but I inverted the tube, with the little white piece inside the big detergent bottle and now it works great, with soap all over the tube, not coming down. My wife loves it too! I just wish the instructions were clearer on the right side of the tube.

Better made than ones it replaced. Better being able to just replace a large container of hand soap every two months than refilling a small bottle

The soap dispenser is nice, it was easy to install. The long tube to connect right to the bottle is nice, but it takes a long time to get the soap up to it. The part that sticks out over the sink is a little short, but still workable. Had that been a little longer, it would have gotten 5 stars.

This was a replacement for an old pump, same one. I did not replace the lower part, just the pump. It was a tight fit, but it works well.

Broke within two months
Lost pumping ability within two months, to spite very casual use. Started to fail by first month, and was kaput by two months.
