[Rewarded Review] Adds to shower experience, upscaled appearance, easy install.

There was NOTHING wrong with the standard shower head I installed a few years ago when we remodeled and upgraded our shower stall. However, this really adds to the upscale look and functionality of the shower. I had considered changing from our standard shower control and shower head head to a water jet panel system, but that was WAY more money and work than I wanted to take on. The water flow from the rainfall head makes it harder to get out of the shower quickly because it is nice to JUST STAND THERE and RELAX. I appreciate the ability to instantly and easily divert water flow from the rainfall head while using shampoo and conditioner, but still have warm, refreshing water hitting me from the neck down by adjusting the position of the second head on the rail. The multi pattern head on the hand held second shower head makes rinsing myself and the shower stall area easier. Although the box promised a 5 minute installation, I spent closer to ten minutes because I had to look for a wrench and something to stand on. The product went together quickly. After removing the existing shower head, I wrapped the existing shower head arm threads (clockwise as directed) with the included teflon tape and easily secured the inlet to that. Of the three options for keeping the bottom of the shower rail assembly in place, I chose the suction cup and It is holding it from scooting around or pivoting satisfactorily.

This dual head showerhead is great. The installation was easy, it comes with plumbers tape just in case you need it. I used it for two weeks at the standard 1.75 gallon per minute so its very conservative and saves water which is required for California and if you want to save water for the planet. All brand new shower heads are like that now for us Californians.

[Rewarded Review] Nice unit, but smooth wall surface needed

ShowerRail 5-Spray Round Hand Shower with 9 in. Rain Shower Head with Drill-Free Slide Bar in Chrome has a huge sunflower style shower head, which I was looking for to upgrade for a larger shower spray. The two-way diverter value is also a nice feature for comfort and is easy to turn to adjust. The biggest obstacle we could not overcome in either of our bathrooms is that our shower and tub stalls are not flush with the water faucet mount that the rail needs to attach to. Because of this, the fixed angle of the faucet attachment does not line up. If you have a smooth surface from water pipe down, this should not be an issue for you.
