Cheap, but then it is cheap!

Reasonable for the price, but as the price reflects, this is pretty cheaply made. Directions are useless and parts...well, there are lock washers that don't fit anywhere close to what the pictures depict. The item was not packed well so minor scratches which unfortunately show up on the polished surface. It does serve the purpose, but not nearly as attractive as I had expected. Should have gone with the one just a little more that has some style. I'm keeping it because I put it together and don't want to spend the time to send it back. But now I put it in a less conspicuous (and less convenient) place in the bedroom. As I write this I am thinking...why am I keeping it. Alas, one of the perils of online ordering!

Clothes clutter free and classy

Love this item! I purchased this to keep my hubby clothes off the floor and it is so elegant and well made that I purchased two more! One for the guest room and one for my son's bedroom as well.

unfortunately did not end up to be what i expected and had hoped for so had to return. the metal was VERY shiny which for some could be a benefit, was just a tad too shiny for my taste. assembly was really easy but once it was pu together, it was not as sturdy as my boyfriend needs it to be -- fine for a dress shirt and tie i suppose, but when he put jeans and a sweater on it, it didn't stay stable, was a little wobbly.
