Do I need a new toilet seat?

The bidet works great but my connection is not solid to the toilet seat and base of toilet. I can't get it tight so the seat torks when one sits down. What will fix this??

We've used this model since 2012, & just installed a new one in the primary bath. They r easy to install & easy to use. Make sure you have your own toilet water supply hose, in case yours is worn out like ours was as they don't send a new one with this model. The fresh clean feeling is wonderful & wouldn't have a home w/o a bidet!

Bidet was defected.

Bidet was scratched because of a defect—metal screw that is protruding, causing scratches on the chrome finish. Emailed the company about the issue several days ago and haven’t received a response. Also there is no number to call.

There is a washer missing on your t connector had to go to Home Depot to find one. There is no way for it not to leak without it.

Too big, while I like the adjustment angles, it’s too big and too easy to turn on instead of moving out of the way.

The bidet lacks a spacer for the seat, resulting in discomfort. Although it is designed to use cold water, the presence of hot/cold options renders half of the valve redundant. Furthermore, after a week of usage, the arm has become stuck, necessitating frequent tightening of the screws after every 4-5 uses.

I had two Go-bidet since 2009...just around 1 or 2 months ago y replaced one of them bc the hose exploted.... l highly recommend this budet

Poor Chrome Finish Corrodes Just Out of Warranty!

The chrome finish on the spray assembly is way too thin and corrodes terribly. To make matters worse, GoBidet was acquired by Health for Hygiene and they refused to replace the defective parts. So I would NOT recommend this GoBidet because it WILL CORRODE TERRIBLY and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! HealthForHygiene.com even admitted that it needs both frequent cleaning and coating with oil which should NOT be needed for a quality chrome finish. The GoBidet finish is lousy quality.

My husband is a plumber, and he said that he never saw such good quality as on these bidets…Very easy hookup..And the material was made of good quality…I would recommend buying this instead of a full toilet bidet…At a high cost…Plus room space…

Nice, heavy piece that doesn't fit my toilet well

This is heavy, so lots of metal instead of cheap plastic, which is great. The problem for me, though, is that it doesn't fit my Duravit rectangle-bowled toilet well at all. It makes my seat lopsided, and I have to stand up a bit to reduce downward pressure on the seat that it's mounted under in order to move the wand in place. I think it also makes it so the wand doesn't sit in the right place, so if I use this, there's usually a lot of water to wipe up from the spray that hits the bottom of the seat and streams down the side of the bowl to the floor. So that's not ideal either. The stream of water is powerful, though, and the BK staff pointed me to the correct fitting to use for my skirted toilet.

Works great, but pick the right toilet seat.

This is our second purchase of this model, and we love it. It does what it claims and we were pleased. But you have to pick the right seat. The bottom should be flat, with no bumpers in the 10 o'clock region that may interfere with the bidet. Wooden seats seem best. Plastic contoured seats often dip down into the bowl and prevent deployment of the bidet. And they have those bumpers, too. So we went with the wooden seat.

Design Flaw Makes This More Of A Lawn Sprinkler Then A Bidet

Not happy with this device. While it seems well built from a material standpoint, there is one glaring design flaw: when extended the spray head creates a very wide spray from left to right instead of from front to back. This means only a little water goes where you need it and most of it is bouncing around and even deflecting outside between the toilet seat and the top of the bowl. Makes quite a mess, too. I've applied heat-shrink-tubing to close of some of the spray openings, that helps, but hasn't fixed it. Think of those oscillating lawn sprinklers and you'll get what I mean...

This product is wonderful. It’s my second Go Bidet. I so much more prefer it than the “plastic” bidet attachments. If you keep it clean, it’s shiny and will last. I highly recommend this product, it is a little pricy though.
