Fell apart
I purchased this item in Jan 2024. I rarely actuated it to stop the water. I was cleaning the bathtub today and pushed on it and it fell apart. I do not recommend. A waste of money.

Have had it in place less than two months and it is already beginning to leak and drain. Won't buy this brand again.

plastic pieces securing broke in short amount of time. plastic harbors extra bacteria and smells from drain and is difficult to clean.

Easy to install. Only 4 stars because the delivery process required multiple phone calls. Luckily, the second call reached a customer service rep that knew what to do.
