okay so the shower head is great everything i wanted really neat looking and all but I will tell you it is powerful little shower water going on there very powerful.. if you have gentle skin would not recommend this I thought it was gonna rip me right out of the tub or peel my skin off.. no joke and that is whatever you put it on.. that is why the three stars also there is no way to adjust it downwards on that sticky thing.. it is there and up so if you are short like me you may drown... it is okay and took a LONG time to get here.... but it was worth the price... for me... i would of not paid what it is going for in other places close to $50 ..

doesn't have a strong enough spray setting for messaging sore muscles...
