Works Great!

The flow of water through one of our Kohler faucets was greatly reduced. We keep the filters clean, but this particular screw-on filter wouldn't come off. We had to use pliers to finally get it off which damaged the filter; so we had to order a replacement. The new filter arrived quickly and screwed in easily. The part itself rates 5 stars. The only negative is the Kohler website for replacement parts such as these: it's very difficult to scroll through and find the exact one you need, and their sketches of parts are very hard to use. I had the old part number, but it wouldn't come up when I searched for it, so Kohler must have changed part numbers . . . which makes it extremely hard to find what I needed. This is why I gave a 4-star overall rating.

The water flow on our faucet suddenly slowed. I soaked the filter in vinegar to no avail. I went to Kohler's website and purchased a new set of filter components. It fixed my faucet. We were so pleased that since I have 3 of these faucets, I ordered another set (it was cheap enough and free shipping). No plumber for us.
