They give you an emergency suction cup because the the pop up fails right out of the box! The worst design i've ever installed. Returning.

I guess the idea is good but I just couldn't get the stopper in and out consistently without having to fiddle with it a lot to get it to pop up the proper distance . Searched for a better mouse trap and should have stuck with the old tried and true.

Easily to install but most I like is th “MAGNETIC” insert ( just pull them up)

The pop up does not work well at all. Constantly have to pull it out manually. I would not buy again.

Junk, imo. Surprised HD sells it. I took a chance. It sort of, kind of, h-a worked at first. After six weeks I'm prying it up with a screwdriver. It doesn't matter how the pull bar is adjusted. Looks like I'll have to pull it all apart and replace it with a real one.

This was probably my worst purchase i have ever made! The drains are plastic and ill fitting. It took my plumber way to long to install because of quality. The stoppers never worked and i had to pay the plumber a second time to come and replace them with Kohler drains. Dont waste you time or money! Iam going to return them asap.

Excellent Customer Service from the vendor!

I've been happy with the product. I unfortunately damaged the gasket that comes with the kit during my initial installation attempt, which resulted in water leaking from the cap that holds the pivot ball in place. I was unable to find a replacement gasket of the proper size and shape at HD or elsewhere. I contacted PF Waterworks and they sent out 4 gaskets free of charge. Why only 4 stars? My kit only came with one gasket (not 4 like they advertise) and the instructions are pretty slim.

Bad Design

I really should have read the other reviews on this product. It would have saved me A LOT of trouble. The drain itself isn’t the problem. It is the same basic design as all other pop-up drains that I’ve installed over the years. The problem with this drain is the magnetic pop up stopper. It is horrible! The magnet design doesn’t seal the stopper completely. After pulling up on the lift rod, you still have to push the stopper down with your finger to completely seal it. If not, the water will slowly drain out of the sink. Now, here comes the real bad design flaw. When you are ready to drain the water by pushing down on the lift rod, the stopper doesn’t always come up. You have to use a little suction cup that comes with the drain (see attached photo) to pull up on the stopper to drain the sink. They know about this flaw and expect you to have problems! There were even a couple of times that I didn’t think the little suction cup would do the job. It kept popping off without releasing the stopper. I almost had to go back and remove the entire drain just to get the water out of my sink. Horrible, HORRIBLE design! Stay away from this drain!

Terrible plug mechanism.

Installed following the you tube video however the plug does not work at all! Highly not recommend!
