Works Well! Basic and no frills!
Not so great - pretty much useless
We don't need a showerhead with 42 settings, just need a basic one that gets the job done. This isn't it. The pattern seems be missing most of the 'middle'. It is like a big ring of water that goes all around you with barely any pressure in the middle, not enough to rinse shampoo from your hair, not even short & thin hair. No settings or adj. other than that ball-joint (pivot) part of it which moves easily unlike most others, which are very tight. Used this for a month, getting a new one today.
