Receiving something other than what I ordered
Disappointed. Received a towel ring instead of a toliet paper holder..
Just as described. Looks high end.. really like it, and great price too!
Instructions missing
The tissue holder is very nice and sturdier and heavier than I expected. However, the instructions were not included in the package. I texted Overstock customer service and they said it would take around 3 days for them to get back to me about the issue.
Beautiful finish
The quality looks great and has held up well. No finish wearing off. The only thing I don't like, it can only be installed one way, due to the under screw. It would be noticeable if turned around. Therefore, I was forced to place it in an unwanted location. Overall, great product.

I bought all new tissue holders for every bathroom in my house. This is my favorite. I love how easy it is to change out the rolls. I recommend this product!

Received this item today, and it would be just what we needed is it was not damaged. The base obviously was bent prior to packaging for shipment. Otherwise it looks great and matches our other chrome fixtures in our guest bathroom. I would have given it at least 4 stars except for the damage. I am going to return it and order a different model.

This is an excellent product for the money. Was looking for a TP holder to match an existing towelbar set. This item is almost a perfect match so happy Overstock carried. The chroming is solid and the entire product is real metal not plastic with electroplating. Happy with this purchase :)
