This is a great feeder. The voice recording is a wonderful part of the machine so I don't feel bad about sleeping in .

Cat feeder- does not work as expected

I wrote a review before when I received the feeder and was in the process of setting it up, Now that I have set it up I have another perspective of it, but since it does not allow me to edit it I decide to copy/past the original one and add the other information. so please disregard the previous one. Also it caught my attention that the other one says is from past month, when I wrote it in 10/14/23. the feeder was scheduled to arrive on 10/24 and it arrived on 10/14, earlier than expected, that was great. It works great, There are 3 things that it does not work for me as an owner and for my cats. Positive feedback 1. feeder is good quality Other feedback 1. I thought that the container was bigger. 2. food portions are not enough. .5 grams is the equivalent to 1 flat teaspoon per portion. I have 2 cats so I have to add at least 4 portions per timer so they can get a fair portion of food. 3. the volume of the recording is so loud that it scares my 2 cats and instead of running to get the food like they used to do with the other one that I had (it broke) they get very scare and are afraid to approach the feeder. 4. the recording will be activated by portions, so if in one timer you add 4 portions, it will sound 4times. way to much specially because the volume is out of proportion. Sadly the seller does not accept returns, otherwise, I would have return it.
