Disappointed

Instructions were inadequate with faded poorly explained diagrams. The individual pieces were not numbered or labeled. Drawer handles were flimsy plastic and drawers fit poorly. I was looking for 2 dressers for spare bedrooms. Luckily I on ordered one of these!

Followed all instructions and drawers do not sit right and already screws coming off

Do not waste your money

First problem, there was a drawer knob missing so I unsuccessfully reached out to the company for a replacement part. There were functionality issues from the beginning but within a few months, we had to purchase a better quality product!

Don’t biy

Never even came and it said delivered. Don’t buy!

Lots of cipped wood pieces upon opening the box. NO labels on any of the parts so you just have to put it together by looking at the paper and seeing which piece looks like whatever direction you're on. Lock doesn't lock. the built in hole for lock placement is too low to allow the drawers to lock. really wanted to send it back and get a refund but its heavy and i didnt qant to drop it back off to a fedex location.

I was missing hardware and customer service was quick and efficient getting it to me. The assembly directions are not great. Just pictures and no words. This made it difficult to assembly correctly. The drawer glides not all the pieces line up like they should and adjustments had to be made. Handles are plastic and need to be installed exactly or they will split.

Get your money back!!

Uneven and drawers do not open smoothly. It’s all jammed, don’t waste your time on this product!!
