Worst experience

After months of back and forth with this company, I still don’t have the desk I ordered and paid for. First I was sent a completely different piece of furniture and they threatened to charge me for it if I didn’t lift and transport this large item to a donation location and provide a receipt. Then they sent me a damaged desk and wouldn’t send me another one until I dismantled and re-packaged up the damaged desk and set it outside for pick up. This is a large and heavy piece of furniture. They finally sent me another desk and guess what?! It’s ALSO damaged Each corner is smashed discolored and warped. The process to get anything done puts the onus on the buyer. I should have read honest reviews before ordering from this company rather than reading their own website five star reviews. Buyer beware.

Arrived damaged twice.

Liked the style of the desk and the price. Ordered the desk twice. Both times the desktop as damaged in multiple locations i.e. crushed corners and sides. The desk arrives in one very heavy box which apparently gets dropped repeatedly by shippers. It has lots of Styrofoam trying to protect it, but apparently , not enough.
