We purchased 4 of these chairs. The chairs are well built and look very nice in our kitchen. They were relatively easy to put together. There was one that the holes were incorrectly aligned in one spot, but we managed to get it together. It did take a couple hours. If we lived closer, I would have returned it for another.

Chairs are great once assembled. The tools provided are not good. It is best to purchase a hex ratchet wrench (about $16 at Home Depot). Works like a dream, and you will love your purchase that much more!

Decent Product

The bar stools are good overall, but with a couple of exceptions. The center ring at the bottom that fits between the legs; the brackets are bent to the point where they don't fit flush so yo get a little wobble once the stools are on the floor. Also, the workmanship on the wood backs of the stools were scraped so I had to get a min-wax marker to cover the scrapes.

Totally different color

These stools aren't bad as far as quality goes. Like everyone says you get what you pay for and they are pretty much what I expected. Except the color. I ordered these because my table has a cherry wood top but when I got them in the wood at the top is black.

Missing pieces!

They look nice. We ordered two. When we opened the first one last night the screw and bolt packaging was already open and the prices were everywhere including some stick inside the folds of the box that it was in. We inventories and there were multiple pieces missing. :(. We haven't even opened the second one yet. We didn't have the patients for another scavenger hunt.

Not durable

I purchased one of these for my kitchen island, in hopes of buying more after a trial period and more funds in my account. However, after only two months of light/general use, I am sorry to say that the corners of the "wooden" (not real wood) strip across the top already have chips in them. This product was a waste of my money. I have to buy multiple chairs of another design and give or throw this one away since it won't match.

First observation...excellent

Bought 4 ea. for breakfast bar of counter height. Perfect for casual usage. Assembled first one without difficulty. Parts and hardware were complete. Seems perfect for our kitchen and price was very good.

Great Chair -Needs better Quality Assurance for parts in box

I love this chair. I ordered 4 to start. It is sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. I am giving it 3 stars because the first box we opened had no directions and no wrench included. The second box did not have enough screws and the third box the seat had a rip in it. I had to send a chair back, and I ordered two more (5 total). The second shipment of chairs had everything needed. Allin all, I am happy with the chairs!

Good for the price

The stools are good. I bought 3 and one cushion had a tear. After two phone calls and about a month of waiting I received a replacement cushion. Home Depot was very helpful with this, the stool manufacturer was the hold up. The price is good and the stools look nice but over all quality is for about a $60 stool, basically what I paid. I like them but I was hoping for a little better quality.

Cirrcles back counter stool

I received these chairs, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Although the reviews were good, I was skeptical since I have 4 kids who love to break things, make things dirty, etc. I needed something sturdy but nice looking that would not easily break or get dirty. Well, with these chairs I got what I wanted. They are excellent in everyway for me. Great quality, fast shipping - had them the second day from ordering and easy to put together. Love it, would totally recommend it.

Circle Back counter stools

I just ordered four of these stools. The style is nice. They weren't terribly hard to put together. My one concern is the back of the stools. They do not take pressure well if you lean back in them. One of the stools I ordered immediately broke on the back. The welding did not hold at all. I'm returning this one and hoping that the others hold weight better. I like the look and the price. I wouldn't recommend them if they are going to get used a lot as the backs do not seem to be built to withstand heavy use.
