Bought for new build and didn’t open within 30 days and unfortunately the product was damaged in multiple places. Screw is completely unattached and no repairable

Really loved the style and the chandelier. Great fast shipping. Totally separate from the product, it’s very clear this item was sent to someone else and returned. Then sent to me as the packaging inside was all open. They could have at least repackaged it. It also had some nicks. Probably why someone returned it. Please check your package.

Love this fixture! It looks beautiful over my island! It is actually black with some brown accents so if you get a coordinating piece that’s an oil rubbed bronze, it won’t match. I had to return my other fixture so the hunt begins for something else. But this pendant is beautiful! Brings all of my kitchen updates together.
