cleat system is the winner
installing this product was a breeze because of the french cleat system, and the quality felt more akin to a high end luxury store product. its a sleeper of a (darn good) coat, handbag, hat rack. will purchase again if the need arises and already recommended it to a friend

Floor space saving Rustic Coat Hook
First item shipped had stripped screws that could not be removed for installation. Had to return and wait for second shipment. Fairly easy to hang, sturdy and stylish. It replaced a coat rack that was taking up floor space.

Love my new shelf. I would have given 5 stars except one side had a Nick in it that I had to repair. It's heavy and sturdy and the wood is of good quality. My husband had no problem hanging it. We were lucky and found some studs in the wall. It's a great compliment to our back door entry way.
