We returned this door because the door that was packaged in the box was not the door pictured. The item number on the box matched the item number we ordered, so it must have been incorrectly packed at the factory. We did not order a replacement since this would delay the project and we were afraid that the replacement door might also be wrong.

This was a beautiful, solid door. Sadly, it turned out to be the wrong door for me because it needs about 5" of clearance on top for the hardware, and my ceiling - lowest level of a tri-level - was 84" tall exactly. The return at Home Depot was a breeze.

This door is beautiful! When I read it was pine I thought cheap wood. Not so it's heavy the quality is outstanding. I have recently ordered all doors for my home renovation. This one by far is the best quality. I was so surprised at the packaging, it was packed like fine China! I was not doubt purchase again if need be. The finish is complete so no painting is needed. The only things I'd give a heads up on is that it is pre drill to hang. Wait on ordering hardware.
