As expected

The glider was very easy to put together, I was able to do it by myself. It is sturdy and well made. I love it! Hoping to get a chair glider and couple end tables soon!

Great addition to my back patio. It’s perfect for relaxing around the pool. Easy to take care of sturdy and looks great.

Love my glider! Hope it holds up better than our Adirondack chairs, my husband is getting older and fights to get out of the chairs and keeps cracking the arms trying to get out of chairs and glider sits more upright and no problems. If your older and have a hard time pushing out of chairs, this is the way to go.

Missing Screws

Glider is appears to have potential, but some of the screws needed for putting it together were missing from shipment. Requested replacements via Polywood website…no acknowledgement and STILL waiting for replacements! Do better, Polywood.

Horrible customer service

I am currently in the process of trying to return one of the gliders I purchased and it had been an absolute nightmare. For starters it took 6 business days for anyone to reply to my return request email that I did exactly how they asked. Once someone replied they scheduled Fed ex to pick it up. No one came they told me to leave it another day. Again no one showed up. They scheduled a 2nd pick up again no one came. I live in a city and theft is very high I told them I was leaving for the weekend and didn’t want to leave it on my step. They told me to anyway and scheduled a 3rd pick up. I came home and the package still had not been picked up. I asked them for a refund because I have been dragging a 75lb box in and out of my house for over two weeks now. They told me no and that all they can do is keep scheduling pick ups. My neighbors have complained and threaten to give me a fine since I live in a historic disctrict. I asked to speak with someone on the phone and no one replied to my email. I called two times leaving voicemails after being on hold for 45 minutes and no one has called me back. This is the worst customer service ever do not buy from this company

Everything was there. Was here fast. Was better then we had thought! Already using it.

This glider has been an excellent addition to my front porch. I paid the money to get it professionally assembled and am very pleased. Though my porch is covered, this glider has remained in great condition outside since I purchased it.

Received earlier than expected which is good. But quality is lower than expected. Rough edges on arms and a screw sticking out on the front.

The assembly instructions weren't exactly clear but we managed to get it together without any leftover parts. :) Bought this as a gift for my parents. They LOVE the look of it and find it very comfortable. Recommend getting pads for it to add to the comfort.

I thought it would look

I thought it would look more like painted wood but it has the look of colored plastic that is not deeply colored. It reminds me of sweaters that are described as heather tone.

Well I’m very disappointed in Wayfair. I ordered this glider bench back in July so apparently I’m past the window for a return or replacement. When I opened it, the 2 bottom side parts are brown and should be BLACK! What a waste of almost $500
