All 3 Cutting boards were cracked

I purchased 2 sets of these as Christmas gifts. One set is just fine but when I opened the 2nd box, all three of them have cracks through them. One handle was broke. I didn't open the box until 2 months after purchase, so the 30 day warranty doesn't cover to replace it. They were mailed in individual boxes without any padding. I am very disappointed.

Set of 3 Bamboo Cutting Boards

Like them because they were light weight. The only thing that is wrong is the medium one cracked about 3 inches from the bottom. I never soaked them in dish water. They said not to do that so I cleaned them after using and the one had a crack. I'll still use them.
