Inspect your cookware

Although we love the cookware we are not able to use them all as the stockpot lid arrived damaged. We initiated an online warranty claim a week ago but have not heard back yet.

Not what I expected after

Not what I expected after purchasing Rachel ray pots before. I didn’t realize these were different. Not even a month of using and the pots are already stained on the outside, the handles get hot which is horrible cause you can’t touch while cooking without gloves and even the spoons that it came with are stained and ugly. I will never buy these pots again or recommend. I’m so disappointed with this purchase

The cookware is great to

The cookware is great to cook with. The only problem I had was how it arrived. There was some damaged pieces in the box, but the box wasn’t damaged so therefore they got damaged before they were placed in the box. Anyway, I am now getting replacements for those two items.

SCAM WEBSITE

THE WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM. I’ve been waiting since December for my cooking set to come in. This website is a scam and no one should buy from here. I’ve tried calling and no one picked up!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

One item was damaged in

One item was damaged in transit. I put in a claim on Sept 13 and have yet to hear back regarding a replacement pot. Everything else is fabulous quality and we're enjoying using.

They look wonderful and work

They look wonderful and work better. Would have given 5 stars but the biggest pan with lid came in all bent up so the lid doesn't fit. It's bound to happen in shipping but was still unfortunate considering that's the pan that will get used the most.

Best set I have purchased!

Easy to clean, no stick, the best set I have had from Maceys or other retailers. Definitely getting another to give as a gift. Highly recommended. Loved it!!

I bought this set in Grey for my son. His birthday was yesterday and he was complaining about his pans saying he needed a new set. So that night I got on line and ordered your 14 pc set for him.

DISSAPOINTED

I was expecting the best item from Rachel Ray. But was very disappointed . Was missing one item, cover was bend, and the first time I fried and egg with a bit of butter, the frying pan completely peeled off. I have been looking for a non stick set and thought this was the best because of the name brand

Beautiful Blue Cooking Pans Set

I recently moved and was looking for a refresh for my new kitchen and saw this Rachel Ray set online. It had some good ratings and a good price point so I decided to give them a shot and I've been using them for almost a month now and I'm so happy with my purchase. They have a steel bottom and light blue to sky blue ombre look, they give a good sear and even my husband noticed that food tastes better just because theyve been cooking food better than our old pans! I love them and I'll be happy to use them for years to come.
