Amazing

Once assembled this is a lovely piece of furniture. Downsize are the instructions. Carefully read and follow the pictures. There are no designated "steps" merely diagrams. The piece for the back is marked top side it does not have the words top edge of back. After screwing everything in we discovered that it should have been top edge. Rather than repositioning it, we figured the inches from the "bottom " and attached it to the various shelves.

Nice bookcase,very big. The backing could be better, thin wood taped together, didn’t love that.

This piece looks amazing in my living room, and is the perfect size for my library collection. Very happy with this purchase and the price was right in my budget!

A beautiful addition to our living room!

Decent set of shelves, arrived damaged but my very skilled husband was able to repair it. Very surprised it wasn't even more damaged because delivery was terrible, boxes almost destroyed and left in the middle of my driveway without notification, even though I was supposed to sign for it.

I have purchased five matching bookshelves to provide room for my library, and I am very pleased with this product. It is well built and should support the hundreds of books I have in a much better manner than some of the other shelving I have used in the past. I am very pleased and will likely buy more!!

The back of the bookcase arrived damaged and looks very bad. I was told the manufacturer would reach out to me for a replacement but I never heard from them.

Beautiful bookcase, but very heavy

This is a very solid (meaning heavy) bookcase. However, assembly was fairly straightforward and it is really very attractive. Depending on how strong you are, you may need help both bringing the boxes to the desired location and standing it up once you are done with the assembly.

The assembly instructions were not difficult to follow. The library bookcase is well built, and not flimsy. We are happy with it.

I regret purchasing this Concepts in Wood 72-inch

I spent months looking for a quality bookcase set and purchased this Concepts in Wood 72 inch bookcase along with another. This product has been an utter disappointment. Here are just a few problems: stain was tacky and stuck to packaging, "wood" was warped, holes are misaligned, wood splits when installing screws, wrong instructions included with kit; when I did find assembly instructions online, they were incomplete with missing steps, but added steps that were not needed. In addition, I received an additional piece of wood in the kit with no information as to where to install it (it has mounting brackets, so no it's not a shipping/packing piece). The instructions mention labels that were not on any of the parts. I'm still attempting to assemble this but nothing is sqaure. Also, this is not "made in the U.S. by an American company; it is made in Mexico (as imprinted on the base). this product is no better than a $* piece I previously bought at ********. I have assembled many things in the course of my life and this has been one of the worst. I paid a hefty sum of money for something that was advertised as quality and it is a complete disappointment. Buyer Beware.

This set of shelves looks great and with the installation it is very stable.

Easy to sssemble. Did have a problem with some shelf supports that were not made right.

great display case

it took about 2 1/2 hours. I like the strength of the shelves, I will not have to reinforce it. I will make a 3 1/2" platform to sit on a basement floor. You may need help lifting it and aligning the assembly.

I was looking for a wide bookcase. This bookcase exceeded my expectations. It is well made, and the shelves are sturdy.

Nice shelves w some shipping damage

Nice bookshelf, that looks good once assembled. I had some issues with damage, but bed Bath and beyond resolved it. The manufacturer did not respond to a call.

Just what I was looking for!

I was looking for a large but shallow bookcase to hold a ton of books while saving space and this one fit the bill perfectly. The shelves are nice and thick and the bookcase seems very sturdy once anchored to the wall. I am very happy with this purchase! My only complaint is that there was a scratch on the top panel but since this bookcase is so tall most people won't even see it. Also, just be aware that the boxes this comes in are extremely heavy and that you need a lot of floor space to assemble it. That being said, once my husband moved the boxes into the house I was able to assemble this myself and needed his help only to lift it off the floor once assembly was complete.

Wonderful shelf, just what we were looking for and quite easy to put together

This looks beautiful in our home office and nicely displays books and cherished items! Nice quality and anchors to the wall for safety!
