Good solid cabinet

Good solid cabinet with quality hardware EXCEPT the means to hang it up with. There were 2 little plastic triangular brackets that go inside top RT and top LT with separate wall anchors. I just did not think the plastic would hold well over time so used metal L shaped brackets with the wall anchors . Added a middle one too to make 3 holding cabinet up since my wall had no studs to work with. The back of the cabinet is thick cardboard which keeps the the weight down and is OK most times but I substituted a thin piece of Birch.

Had to order this item 3 times, 1st order the sides were broken, 2nd order they sent me 2 left side doors, 3rd order , finanlly everything was ok. Home Depot should have given me credit for time lost on this project .

Really good, but not great.

Exactly what I was looking for as far as looks, size, color and price. The only negative thing I will say about it is .... I wish the doors opened 180 degrees. They open 90* out from the cabinet so you have to be standing directly in front of it .

Misaligned doors

Nice cabinet but even a professional furniture assembler couldn't align the doors. Sadly the doors are mounted after the cabinet is already hung on the wall.

Cabinet assembly....

Needed assembled which I am capable of doing. Glued and used adfitional screws to reinforce cabonet which helped. On problem is the door speing latches simply broke in falf and popped off. Magnetic latches will be added to keep the doors shut tight.

Cheaply made

Chipped paint. Came with no hardware. The back is cardboard which makes it even more difficult to hang.

Crap...

I have two cabinets I also purchased from Lowes that are excellent. They came fully assembled and are gorgeous, well made, and highly functionable. These cabinets were CHEAPER (you get what you pay for) and had to be assembled. I have bought and assembled a LOT of furniture, cabinets, etc in my day. These cabinets are made of the cheapest, crappiest, most inferior wood! Even the wood dowels are garbage. The dowels can easily be broken in two by anyone with a couple of wrenches. I went to Lowes and bought some oak dowels and used them instead. The manufacturer of this product used every possible cheap shortcut and the lousiest materials they could find. I was so disgusted by the quality! Putting them (I got two) together was a headache. I wound up having to use wood glue on every single place where wood met wood. I even installed L brackets in various locations to help make sure they wouldn't come apart during the course of usage. If it weren't for the fact I am using these in a house that I am selling, I would have sent them back and gotten more of the better quality cabinets. Honestly, these look OK once installed, but if you don't use every possible measure to shore up the construction, they will fall apart within months, I'm sure. Would NOT recommend. Lowes has nice medicine cabinets that re well made and quality. Well worth the extra money. Those I recommend. NOT THESE. I will NEVER buy a Zenith product ever again. Fool me once... (NOTE: I have shown pics of both cabinets. I also show the glue and bracket just to demonstrate what I explained above. I since have scraped the excess glue out of the joint areas) Less
