Forever flat

We stayed at a Hilton and loved the Down Dreams pillows so much we took a picture and bought them when we got back. Unfortunately, these have in no way lived up to the hype of the hotel pillows. We have tried everything the staff here recommended and we just can’t get any fluff into these pillows. You’ll see other reviews have said the same. My hypothesis is these are stored in large boxes and the pillows toward the bottom crush under the weight and just never get their loft back. I saw this happen with down sleeping bags when I worked at an outdoor outfitter - store down in a compressed fashion and it’ll lose its loft. Unfortunately I went on deployment and the 90 day exchange window passed while I was gone and my wife just assumed they’d get better. I was hoping I’d come home to lovely fluffed pillows, but alas I did not. $400 for 4 pillows that we are just going to throw away.

Little to no filing very flat, like sleeping on nothing.

Loved it, but unfortunately, it was not the pillow for me. The refund process was quick and easy. I'm going to shop from here again.

Love my Down Dreams Classic Firm Pillow. It doesn't get hot. Every night I fluff it, lay my head down, give that pillow a hug and smile. I have cervical issues and it gives me the support I need.

I ordered the Down dreams classic pillow but I received a pillow that was from Manchester Mills. When I called they advised me they do not have the one I previously bought. Sadly I returned it, it was not as full and was rather flat.

If I could give zero stars I would

The pillows were my worst purchase ever! It was not the same as the one I slept on at the Hilton hotel, which I thought I was ordering. It caused me terrible back pain! It was a total waste of my money! I contacted customer service via email and received no response, which is completely unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service. Please rectify this situation immediately!

Excellent pillow

I first used the pillow at a hotel I stayed at for a couple weeks. Got home and couldn’t sleep with my old one. Needless to say I ordered a new one for me. Since then my wife has tried it and I ended up getting one for her as well.

Down Dreams classic Firm Pillow

It was a bit disappointing. I have and just returned from several trips to Hilton resorts. They utilize this exact pillow and I loved it so much I purchased one. The one I received doesn’t seem to have enough filling and is much softer??

Too Firm

A little too heavy & firm for this 65 year old grandma. I didn’t realize there were options until now.

Disappointing

Lots of hype on site, poor performance. Too soft ends up on hard inner surface. Dryer tumbling on no heat for 30 minutes did not help. Placed call to Kings of Comfort, no answer, left message, no response. Return turned into a nightmare. Still waiting for refund.
