For My Tortoises
Very easy to assemble. Attractive. I purchased this to use as a tortoise enclosure. It already survived a hurricane so hopefully it will hold up.
Nice looking cheap fasteners
Saw this and read reviews and figured it would be a nice addition to my backyard. The instruction sheet was horrid. If you do buy this product go to youtube as it is explained very well there in step by step instructions on the build process. I had several pieces that arrived broken but thankfully there were extras in the kit. When installing this I snapped several of the cheap plastic parts. If using a mallet best tread carefully. Once complete it looks good so hopefully it holds up.
I am so disappointed.
So very disappointed. I bought so many of these last year upgrading and expanding my garden. They looked beautiful at first, but they are already showing signs that they won't last. They are separating at the joints and seams!! I justified the amount I was spending because I thought these would last and last. All the money and effort doesn't appear to be worth it. sigh.
Solid Product - Review The Manufacturer's Web Site
Ordered this "frameitall" product online from my "favorite place/business" --Lowes! Cannot explain it entirely, but Vets parking spaces, my retired military discount and the incredible store associates; they make every trip to Lowes a good event!
I bought the 4x12 frame, 11 inches high (two stacked together). My raised bed garden is doing well! The Sienna color is natural looking without having to worry about the wood breaking down and fading, since it is a composite material. I am taking off one star because I think the instructions could be better. I got tripped up at first with the smaller brackets that are used with the bracing pieces, and it took me longer than it should have to put the frame together. I ended up taking some pieces apart (avoid if you can) and redoing it. The pieces went together pretty well (a few of my stakes wouldn’t fit down all the way because they ran up against the brackets below) and it was nice to assemble without tools! I’m not good at assembling things, but I did it all by myself and you can too!

After installing our new raised garden bed we have received
After installing our new raised garden bed we have received numerous compliments of how really nice it looks. The delivery packing was excellent along with instructions for assembly. The only complaint I have is that the assembly instructions were in 2 different boxes. I eventually figured it out. So my recommendation is that you open all of the boxes to get the complete set of instructions. I have filled all of the sections with good soil and purchased plants in both seed and pre planted forms, I highly recommend these products. Hopefully the attractive look of our garden will be maintained over the coming years.

Great Kit for a DIYer
I expected rigid 90 degree corner connectors and straight 180 degree side connectors, but all the connectors are flexible to every degree. Where to pound the stakes in for the first .level was critical to keeping things square. To ensure straight lines and square corners I used a string line to keep panels in a straight line. The no-tool snap connections worked very well. I also followed the suggested instructions to lay out the complete first level before pounding in any stakes. I used a hand mall rather than a hammer due to my heavy clay soil. The plastic stakes were sturdy enough to withstand the heavier force. Once the first level was completed the second level was a snap (no pun intended).
This was our second purchase of a garden bed kit
This was our second purchase of a garden bed kit from Frame-It-All. We loved our first one, and as our wooden beds deteriorate, we are replacing them with these. We ordered the 2" thick boards for durability. The beds assemble quickly and easily, and we even created a custom layout by cutting the boards to our specifications. (They cut easily with home shop tools, but if you cut the boards, you also have to drill new holes for the snap-lock hardware.) A few parts arrived broken due to shipping, but customer service replaced them immediately. Will be ordering more!

Easy to assemble. Looks good. Works well as a planter. We installed three 4x12 units in addition to the three we installed last year.
Buyer beware....
Buyer beware, I purchased this product not realizing that the quality of the materials used do not reflect the price point. My product had not been manufactured correctly, meaning not all of the holes had been drilled at the factory. Given that the only mechanism to hold the garden 'timbers' (nothing like timber!) are some small, ineffective plastic plugs, I contacted the company for a replacement timber as I was concerned I would snap the plastic if drilling out myself. The response was not, 'we will send you a new one immediately' but instead, use the screws that come with the product and do it yourself. There are no screws that come with the product! No tools necessary. They clearly do not know their product and will not support defects. This product is grossly over priced for the quality provided. I wish I had simply purchased some lumber at a fraction of the cost. Jared

A bit of a odd duck these beds... Obviously someone had a good idea to begin with, did a minimal amount of design, went to China and hired a plastic factory and away they went.
Too expensive
If you have rocky soil, the plastic stakes will have difficulty breaking ground. Also, if you were thinking about a creative design, most likely you will have to buy other boards and connectors, which are crazy expensive. I ended up just buying some wood and screws and building my raised garden bed from scratch. Not only does it look better, but it was also 50% cheaper and didn’t limit me to a set design (unless I wanted to buy a pack of connectors for $20 per two pack, which is outrageous). This product is now just sitting in my shed unfortunately
Would buy again
We recently re-landscaped and I wanted to replace a railroad tie garden bed that was looking past its prime. Needed something that will hold up to very hot summers and this looked like it would fit the bill. I decided to do a two-tier arrangement with mine, so I could do a tomato plant in the top and a few herbs in the lower bed. I went with the 2-inch series as it looked a little more beefy. Had one cracked board upon opening the boxes, but I was able to put the cracked side to the inside of the bed, so I think it should do fine.
Great concept, bad assembly joints
I purchased a 2 tier 12 foot long box. I found two extra pieces which made me look at my order only to realize that I had only received 2 tier 8 foot long with two extra pieces which indicates .......wait for it.....that part of my order is missing. I haven't heard back from the seller yet (day 4). I would prefer to have my account credited an not have to disassemble it again. The slabs are sturdy no issues there. The joints do not come assembled. You have to put two tiny screws on both sides, which isn't a big deal except that they become loose and really wiggly. Some even unthread with movement and pop out. The inside is hollow and there is nothing keeping them from undoing themselves. It would have been better to have reinforced predrilled holes and used bolts rather than screws or to have some harder/wood surface on the ends where the screws go in so that they don't pop out. If the seller does not respond and I have to return it then too bad. If I get to keep it, I will most likely add crushed stones around the foundation to keep the walls from moving.
Overall Good Quality, Some Issues
The product itself is very modular, so it can be built into a lot of different shapes. The instructions as to how to put everything together are extremely vague though, and due to the fact that you can make it into many configurations, you don't know how to use everything at first glance.
