I returned this picture. It is pretty but the colors are not true to the original at all. The quality of the "canvas" is poor. Feels and looks like plastic. Don't waste time or money on this one.

This is a great way to bring some museum style into my home office. Yes, I could've easily painted a copy of Monet's waterlilies myself (I'm an artist) but I decided to get this instead. I really love this little painting. I'm sure the impressionist artist Claude Monet would roll his eyes at the fact that one of his masterpieces is now "room decor" but I've always loved Monet, so I have this painting as an homage to the great French impressionist lily pond painter.

The canvas painting is gorgeous and has so many colors within it to chose your bedding from. I have this hung mid wall to the side of the bed and pulled the pink in with a rose colored duvet with mauve sheets purchased here on Overstock. Even blue flannel tucked in with the pink is amazing. The only thing noticed by me is with the long narrow frame, canvas wrapping makes it somewhat not perfectly plum. We chose not to frame it and really forget this issue and you just stare straight into the painting.

I have a guest bedroom in an attic and the ceiling takes a slant just over the headboard. One only has about 17 inches. This was perfect for that space. I highly recommend this. Since I can't afford the wonderful originals this will have to do and they are NOT BAD!!! I'd prefer a great reproduction to a crappy original anyday. The colors are perfect too in that bedroom......

I love this delightful Monet Water Lilies in pure pastels. It is serene and beautiful and enhances my Louis XIV room with the palest of purple walls as its backdrop. It also came with the hanging hardware attached so all I had to do was hang it, not fiddle around with hardware. My only regret? I should have gotten a larger one.

after visiting the cleveland art museum, my wife and i spent an hour looking at this painting and when we got home we googled it looking for a copy for home and of course overstock comes though again! we would have probably had to pay $400 or more anywhere else but not on overstock ;-)
