Defective, built out of square and did not sit flush/ level to the ground. This caused a rocking issue. Had to return, disappointed in quality control & the inconvenience of having to box back up to return, to get a refund. Although I’m not disputing them taking the product back for a refund. It’s just I am Still waiting for refund as it’s in transit back to wayfair. Just think once it’s tracking, I feel like my refund should have already been issued under the circumstances, as picture “proof” was sent. I’ve ordered many items from wayfair and find this process to be bit condescending to the customer.
